Our company signed up for The Relationship Enterprise Program in early 2013. We easily got a year's worth of legal advice in the first month of the program since we needed advice on several issues by that point. We pay a modest monthly fee to have access to great legal consul and avoid making mistakes that lead to costly legal fees. It's great to be able to run routine business agreements by Scott without incurring billable hours. Even better, he is so familiar with our operation that he is very efficient in situations which require billable work outside the scope of the program. It reduces the per-project fee and reduces the number of projects needed. Our total legal fees for the past 3 1/2 years are lower than one year of legal fees with the prior law firm. We never have to decide whether to spend money for advice because we can count on getting fast and exceptional advice any time we need it.

I'm the CEO of a California Corporation and I needed a local Louisiana attorney to represent us for the domestication of a foreign judgment from a California Court and then assist with any further litigation in the Louisiana jurisdiction. After talking to the Louisiana State Bar, who recommended two attorneys who specialized in what I needed, I did a little further vetting and settled on attorney Imtiaz Siddiqui, which turned out to be a wise choice. Mr. Siddiqui was thorough in explaining how we should proceed under Louisiana State Law.
First, Mr. Siddiqui handled the domestication of the foreign judgment quickly and efficiently, resulting in a lien in our favor recorded on the judgment debtor's real property. There was a quiet period while our lien accrued interest pursuant to Louisiana law. After several months, the judgement debtor's counsel filed a motion to modify our lien so that he could sell the property without paying us. Mr. Siddiqi crafted a convincing opposition that ultimately brought the judgment debtor to the settlement table, where Mr. Siddiqui was able to negotiate a six-figure settlement that worked for everyone.
I have already told Mr. Siddiqui that we will use him again in the future when the need arises. Happy to recommend him as a business lawyer.

I met Mr. Siddiqui in January 2020 and we worked together over the next 20 months on two separate litigations. One litigation was for an unpaid wage dispute and the other a tort interference claim.
When I started searching for legal representation I had no idea what to look for. All I can say is I was very lucky to connect with him and choose him to represent me. The process of setting up a trust is just that, a process, and having someone who will take the time to sit, explain, answer questions, and then answer more questions as you go through the trust setup process is really important.
Keoni spent a lot of time with us, answering questions that came up along the way, gave us the guidance we needed to make sure we thought of everything and everyone involved. He was flexible is scheduling follow up meetings, due to our very hectic work & travel schedules, it took a few weeks longer then planned, but we are not done and feel better knowing we are on the right track.

Carolyn was a great advocate from the beginning. She was firm, smart and detailed. Carolyn took the time to understand my complex financial situation that involved me being self-employed as well as having several complex trust matters.

It was unfortunate that I need Mrs. Overmann services but she did a amazing job handling my divorce.
She is organized, level headed and cuts thru the BS. At the beginning I was unsure because of all the emotion of just going thru the divorce but looking back I made the right decision by hiring her.
And I have interviewed 8 or 9 senior level attorneys with 20 years experience.. They would not be any different from the service and knowledge you would get from Mrs. Overmann. I would give her 6x Stars if I could.

We worked with Mark on a contract issues with a home builder and their in house lender. The mortgage company was blatantly violating the law and attempting to keep a large portion of our money that wasn't theirs. We were worried such a complex antitrust matter would take years to resolve... When I needed a Savannah attorney to assist me in removing the court appointed conservator for my elderly aunt, I did not know where to turn. Initially I didn't think I really needed a lawyer but called them about some questions. A few days later I realized I needed an attorney and called Ashley back. Knowing my situation, he offered to come to see me although I was able to make it to his office.
