Miss Gomolson worked on my case for 4 years, I didn't know a divorce and custody battle could last as long or get as ugly as it did. Miss Gomolson operates on a strict policy of sticking to the truth and not swaying even a little bit away from it.
My Case involved just about anything you can think of from child neglect, child abuse , drug abuse and mental health issues. Kate also had to deal with a ton of false accusations throughout the entire process not only did she take them on she proved each and everyone of them out to be false discrediting the petitioner every single time. Miss Gomolson filed motions only as needed always trying to keep my finances in mind. The petitioner in our case had a total of 4 lawyers and we had a total of 6 judges throughout the process making Kates job very hard and frustrating. Kate never seemed rattled and took every lawyer and judge on as if it was a normal thing, with all the judge and lawyer changes it seemed like we were starting over at every court appearance having to bring everyone back up to speed. Divorce is an ugly thing and I do not want to go through it again but if I do Kate would be my only choice of attorney. Throughout the custody battle Kate was able to get my children out of danger and in to my custody. Not only did she get me full custody she got me in to the proper therapy and made some really good recommendations to help me through the tough times. Miss Gomolson is a stand up lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone.

As the aforementioned ex wife, I highly recommend Carol. She was extremely professional while my ex was being his typical narcissistic, cocky, know it all. She found a way for him to actually pay for his son instead of tacking it on to his ridiculously large child support arrears from other children. It's unfortunate and sad that I had to get a lawyer in order for him to pay half of day care, which he brings him to everyday he has him and half of my son's health insurance. These are things any Dad should agree to pay for while having 50/50 custody. For anyone dealing with a manipulative narcissist as an ex, Carol will go to bat for you. I'd gladly spend the money again in order to get my son taken care of and moving along the divorce that lasted way longer than it should have while my ex leeched off of my health insurance and delayed the divorce for months. About 8 years ago I was referred to Teresa by an adoption lawyer I had used. During my first experience with her, for my divorce, I was able to email, phone, and meet in person with Teresa. As someone who appreciates walking through the hows and whys of the legal aspects of divorce, custody, and child support, I believed Teresa was quite adept at explaining not only the law, but how parties work to settle separation agreements, especially when children are involved.
Since that divorce, I have reached out once or twice with simple questions regarding my judgement and have received prompt answers. Recently, I filed a modification and Teresa proved, again, how much value she brings to a not entirely pleasant process. Teresa was professional, adhered to court and legal processes, remained collected, sympathetic, knowledgeable and firm throughout the settlement process. Again, she always takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions.
While I hope to not need more legal services (!!), I am certain that Teresa will always be THE lawyer I turn to.

Teresa helped me out when I needed it most! It was by luck that I found her but she was a true blessing. She helped me through a very painful and messy divorce. She was understanding and very responsive. I can't thank her enough! When my wife wanted to change everything, only for her benefit not my child's; Teresa helped me realize that the courts always do what's in the best interest of the child not necessarily what a parent wants. She was extremely knowledgeable about children's issues. My child has a disability and she went the extra mile to help me gather documentation and information that would be relevant to my case. I have known Rosayln for 19 years, she was recommended to me by my son's teacher. It was a very difficult time for me. I found Rosalyn to be an extremely intuitive individual with excellent listening skills. She "get's it'. Rosalyn treated me with respect, compassion and understanding while being professional and practical. As for her results, I received a very fair outcome which allowed me to provide for my boys properly, their ages were 5 and 1 at the time. My divorce was not contentious, but I needed someone to look out for MY interests, after my now-Ex retained a lawyer and tried to pass him off as a mediator. I don't think there was any mal-intent going on, but I needed to make sure MY interests were being preserved.
She listened to my desired goals, where I thought there could be some negotiations, and she handled it from there. It's a stressful time, and was glad she was there to help me through it all. The outcome was as expected.

My divorce process became more contentious than I originally anticipated and Patrice provided excellent guidance throughout while efficiently managing my legal costs. I went to Mr. Greenberg not knowing what to expect. I was devastated over my ex husband wanting a divorce and was dreading to meet an attorney and go through this whole process.

I never thought I would be in this position in life at my age and nearing retirement. So a year ago when I found out my wife was not honoring our marriage vowes I knew it was over. Suzanne helped me with my divorce last year. She is professional, sharp, and extremely effective. I was able to keep my retirement accounts because she pointed out that my ex and I had always kept our accounts separate from day 1 of the marriage, and that I should be able to retain my own accounts. The judge accepted this and signed off on it, and I feel safe and financially secure as a result.
As contentious as divorce can be, she helped keep everything fair and civil. She is a wonderful person who wants to help.

It is a pleasure to compliment the legal work that Susanne Ewy has done for me.
At 92 years of age my ability to deal with Boulder (Colorado) County authorities is quite limited. When I received notice this year that my home valuation had just risen by 50% I was shocked. This meant my home real estate taxes would also rise by this same 50% amount!
Boulder (Colorado) County displayed “comparable” nearby home properties that had recently sold as justification despite the significant differences in comparisons. I engaged Suzanne Ewy to help me deal with Boulder County over this gross exaggeration.
She developed a plan, gathered materials, both statistical and visual, and, within the County-stated strict limitations, delivered my request for re-evaluation. She prepared, I think, about forty-five pages of information for the County.
The County Assessor rejected her request for re-evaluation completely, requiring her to file an appeal and appear before the Board of Equalization. She prepared me for that virtual hearing, making sure that I could hear and understand the proceedings.
Long story shortened, the BOE granted me the totality of my evaluation amount – the entire reduction of 50%. Virtually unheard of in this county. This will result in a reasonable tax amount that will have an immediate and a long-term effect on this aging citizen who has paid Boulder real estate taxes since about 1970.
My many thanks and admiration for her reasoned and effective work is unbounded.

I consulted Tetyana about some HIPAA compliance issues we had to deal with in my office. I wasn't sure how to handle an issue with an emancipated minor asking for their information not to be shared with their parents. My wife was shopping ,was in good mental health and reasonably good physical health, when all of a sudden, she was on her back unable to get up. She sustained a concussion that gave her brain bleed that has affected not only her short term memory but a good deal of her long term memory. In order to seek compensation for our loss I began to seek a good lawyer. One that had a had a good standing with judges. I asked my neighbor, who worked for a judge, for a recommendation. At the recommendation of my real estate agent, I contacted Allison and, after speaking with her, I immediately hired her. I was in the process of buying my first coop apartment, and I was overwhelmed by everything it entailed. Allison was extremely knowledgeable about dealing with coops, and explained everything to me along the way so I would know what to expect. She was always available to take my call, or called me back after I left a message. Allison was very patient with me when my anxiety level got the better of me at times. Dealing with a coop purchase, as I came to learn, can be a very tedious, time consuming and, at times, frustrating process. Mr.Koenig was knowledgeable and professional as we reviewed policies
on home ownership rights and problems. The need to possibly change
or transfer the deed, the pros and cons associated with any change;
the other possible options: refinancing or sale of the home. He provided
specific facts and costs of each options, facts of NC law relative to each option, and positive and negative financial and/or personal consequences related to each of those options. We reviewed local housing levels of care options for seniors, from rentals to assisted living.
Lastly we reviewed the NC law on tenancy; the right to rent out a room
to either stranger or family; when and how one might evict if necessary.
Mr. Koenig provided dates of upcoming appropriate information sessions. He explained a remedy to an incomplete Will and Power of
Attorney. I surely will recommend him to others and will return to use his
