We hired Mr. Jones through a recommendation and I was satisfied with his assistance for my son. It was a residential entry case. Unfortunately the case dragged on for a full year outside of Mr. Jones' control. He submitted all requests in a timely manner and scheduled all hearings to resolve the case as soon as possible. Mr. Kuhn's service, attention and knowledge far, far exceeded my expectations. He was referred to me for help with my divorce, and made what could have been a horrific process extremely tolerable and as low-stress as possible. He explained everything in extreme detail and made sure I was comfortable with and understood every step in the process. Mr. Kuhn was kind to explain what things could be done ourselves instead of through him in order to save money, and charged an extremely reasonable retainer for all of the time and attention I received. Oressa put 100% of her attention into my custody case. During our meetings, she asked questions that showed me that she really reviewed my situation and my updates. Both Oressa and her office personnel called me regularly to see how I was doing. I also received prompt paper documents about our meetings and court document submissions. Sandra is by far the best attorney in York, PA. Unlike most lawyers, her client is her priority. She listens, and explore all the necessary options before proceeding. I want to tell everyone how awesome Raquel Abel is. I was going to lose my daughter but Raquel came in and helped me gain full custody of my daughter. Not only she helped me gain full custody she also helped me keep my parents away from my daughter. She also was there for me through everything my mom's verbal abuse and my dad's Conservatorship that he had on me and she helped me get rid of the conservatorship. Lauren has been such a god-send for me. She helped me to mitigate a messy mediation situation where I was poised to give everything away by the time she came to my aide. I hired Lauren as a collaborative attorney in an effort to settle my divorce without proceeding to litigation. I first met Lauren about nine years ago when looking for a mediation lawyer to facilitate my divorce process. From the many lawyers I talked to, she was the one that inspired the most trust and confidence, and to this I do not regret the decision of working with her.
Those who have been through a divorce know that a divorce is always a messy emotional and financial process. This gets magnified if people do it the "traditional" way with separate lawyers alienating the couple even more, expensive litigation, arguing back-and-forward endlessly, etc. At times this process can take years.
But with mediation divorce does not become an adversarial process. It is a process in which both parties communicate in ways that are healthy. Lauren is excellent and very skillful at facilitating this type of communication. What I appreciated the most about working with Lauren was her kind spirit and empathetic presence. While working with her it felt like she must have received training as a counselor at some point in her career due to her excellent listening skills. It made the divorce process go smoothly, and it was significantly cheaper than a traditional divorce.
I am grateful for the support Lauren provided during a rather difficult time in my life. I highly recommend her professional services.

I was having major issues with my landlord and I knew that I need an attorney who could help me terminate my lease based on the condition of the home. Since I've never gone through something like this before it's exactly what I needed. I didn't want to sit and wait for answers. There was so much to deal with Suzanne and her team were on top of everything. She would let me know if she was going to be out of town but that didn't slow down her replying to my emails. Just outstanding service and respect from the entire staff. She was also a calming influence when the other attorney was slow to move things forward. She could tell I was getting anxious. Suzanne and her firm quickly become like family. They do their best to keep fees down (she's not a magician, and it can be expensive, but that depends on how the opposing team acts and how much work you're willing to do on your own, how organized you are-and how well you LISTEN). She'll be upfront and honest about what can happen, even if it's not what you want to hear. She won't promise something if she's not certain she can deliver. She and her firm are some of the few attorneys in the Memphis area who understand what to expect and what to do in a domestic violence situation.
My case was both contentious and complicated (involving 2 states), but she took charge after being hired mid-case and worked at warp speed (as far as courts are concerned). I never once set foot in a court room until the final hearing where my divorce was granted. I still consult with her and her associate as things come up, as I still have a little guy to protect.
Landers Firm is the ONLY family law firm in Memphis that I would personally recommend. My only regret was that I didn't find her until after I had already filed.

I am still at the beginning of my case but everything is happening pretty fast. The case manager was able to meet with me the day after I called. We met for about 3 hours so that she could get every last detail of my case and explain to me exactly what they could do for me. The day after we met, she was already making attempts to contact the opposing party to let them know that action is being taken. For some people, this may not seem like much. But she has done more for me in the past few days than my previous attorney did for me in a couple of months. J. I don't really want to go into specifics of my case (tl;dr it was sticky, delicate, and messy), and instead would like to focus my review on my experience with Queenie, who I hired to represent me. I'll start with results. Queenie was able to advocate for me, and I ended up with an agreement that provided me better protections. She was able to secure more for me than what I thought was possible. This is significant, especially because in these scenarios we don't always know what we can ask for. It's great to have someone in your corner who does, and will do the work to secure that for you.
The second thing I want to emphasize is how Queenie did this. She is experienced and knowledgeable, there is no doubt about that. But she also sought an environment that would give me the most leverage, using a wide range of tools and tactics. Queenie threw herself into this and was an aggressive advocate when she needed to be, and a measured advocate when it would be most beneficial to me. That was my experience with her. She also affirmed my role as the client and in the end gave me room to advocate for myself in a manner I could not before. I hope to not be in this situation again, but if I do, and for the many of us who end up here, you want someone like Queenie in your corner.

Alan is a sophisticated professional. Wow, did I say wow?!!!! He will tell you up front EXACTLY what will happen with your case. Also known as the truth, which (by the way you probably already know.) My advise is to just let him do his job -that he is more than capable of doing. Don't ask too many questions or get yourself worked up. Alan will tell you in advance almost the exact outcome of your case to a t. In the end you can feel good about him as a human being because he won't resort to less than favorable behaviour. Recently I went through a divorce. I consulted with an attorney that Nancy recommended who was very helpful, but Nancy who was with me at my appointments with him was even more helpful. He was advocating all sorts of things that would cost a lot of money and drag out what seemed so simple since my ex and I had worked out most of the details. Nancy then suggested to me that I ask for a lump sum from my ex to finalize everything and compensate for the unresolved issues that we had. Her suggestion worked and we finalized everything without the need for further attorneys fees (other than the cost of a mediator to draw up the Settlement Agreement.) More importantly, Nancy comforted me through the process and was a true advocate for me at a very difficult and scary time in my life. She was my guiding light and gave me hope in life again.

I have worked with over 20 lawyers in my life time and I would rate David the best of the best. There is no question that on all levels experience, competence, professional, fairness in recommended resolve. He is very unique having the ability in sincerely working toward settlement and avoiding prolonged litigation. He does the right thing in fairness to all involved. I have seen the passive side and I have seen the strong firm side of David. He can get tough when he needs to but avoids that arena until last resort. I hired David Marks to represent me in a case brought against me by a property developer who owned an empty lot next door to me and who summarily sued me for a matter that should have been dealt with via a gentleman's agreement, but which ended up costing me thousands. Regardless, Mr Marks helped resolve the case, in the process dealing with the other side's aggressive and irrational attorney. Mr Marks knew that as the "little guy" I needed to keep costs low, and was very reasonable and considerate in this regard. I would have no hesitation in contacting him again should the need arise - which I hope it never does, but one never knows.

We highly recommend using Darrell Damschen as he fought, and won, a dispute for us over improperly installed siding on our home. My wife and I hired Mr. Damschen to defend us against a complicated lawsuit filed against us by a reckless and negligent hardwood flooring contractor. Mr. Damschen initially provided us with free phone consultations and then we hired him to represent us.
Mr. Damschen is personable, cordial and easy to speak with as he does well to translate legal jargon into common English. He was always well prepared and did considerable research to stay on top of the case.
He was successful in getting a number of claims against us withdrawn or dismissed and ultimately put us in a good situation to address the true matter at hand which was complicated by the contractor's frivolous claims.
In the end Mr. Damschen was able to get us in a position to make a very reasonable settlement offer to avoid further legal costs.
We would highly recommend Mr. Damschen to anyone who is dealing with a construction defect or a contract dispute.

Darrell did an exceptional job of determining all that would be required and making contacts with all necessary players. He kept several of our people in the loop not just me. He guided the proper funds resources needed for the bidding process. He acted as our representative in the bidding process at the county office. He made sure all of the necessary paperwork was filed with the county. He checked to be sure that the transaction became finalized after the necessary waiting period. He secured the information needed to gain access to the property after the transaction was final. Everything that Darrell did was outstanding and clear and with the necessary detail. Ms. Patterson is a true professional lawyer. I have used her services at least three times in the past 8 years. She was always pleasant to discuss my cases by walking me through the legal process and discussing my options. She always made herself available to sit down and go over the issues step by step and update me on a regular basis on the status of my cases. What I appreciate the most is that I always felt being protected when she is handling my cases. She really fights to get the issues settled to my best interest. In all three cases the issues were settled in my favor. Two of those were contract disputes and the third was a real state transaction worth $80,000. I retained Kevin as my lawyer for a divorce with 2 children, property, and a military pension. Kevin was excellent. My ex-wife hired a more expensive lawyer, but Kevin took care of everything. He is meticulous, and knows the law. For example, the other attorney had his paralegals type up the income and expense statements. In my case, Kevin sat down with me and personally reviewed my expenses and assets and filled out the form. Therefore, when the other attorney sent over the paperwork, he was able to find numerous errors in their computations. H was able to get me the best result for my situation.
