Mr. Leininger has been there for me when ever I needed him. I remember calling and speaking with him at the very last minute for my first court appearance and he made me meet him at his office the very next morning and drove me to court with him. Over the time of all aspects of my separation and divorce, Mr Leininger was always right there for me to answer any and all questions I may have had. He was always prompt to court and always prepared for my case. He would even call me and see how I was doing "off the record" and over time I considered him a friend and not just my attorney. Mr. Leininger would always keep me up to date on any news on my case either threw a phone call or a text or an email or a meeting at his office. I was always very confident in Mr. Leininger watching out for my best interest and helping me through the toughest time of my life.

Mark Paige brought me back from ruin. I was in a serious situation with a divorce stipulation that was violated and I needed serious legal counseling. I tried numerous other legal options but none were developing a plan of action due to the complexity of my situation. I had a marital residency that was in severe financial distress (foreclosure). I had a deep financial crisis with child support that was in arrears over due to a miscalculation from over 8 years ago. Mr Paige set forth a roadmap that started with dealing with one issue at a time. From 2016 till 2023 he along with his team of legal professionals was able to fight the violation of the divorce stipulation. He then was able to challenge the Foreclosure of the marital residence. Have my Arrears recalculated finding an overpayment. Furthermore with the overpayment had my child support terminated due to the alienation that took place. Since I was left to deal with a foreclosure property that was abandoned by the other party Mr Paige was able to facilitate a short sale with a third party. This was the completion of the roadmap that he laid out from day one. To add to the success he was able to have my passport awarded to me which was an issue due to the arrearages that were shown prior to the recalculation.
Mr. Paige Commanded a presence that was of the highest regard due to him always showing the Judge as well as the other parties the utmost respect. He worked hard to make sure he left no stone unturned while preparing for court proceedings. I will always thank him for not turning me away and always giving 110% to me when others would not take my case again due to its complexity. Not only do I recommend him as a great hire but also a great source of knowledge to other lawyers who have clients who may be dealing with similar issues. Mine was super complex but a lawyer like Mark Paige is best suited to succeed in this undertaking.
Prior to me finding the service of Mark S Paige I was stonewalled in many proceedings that I thought I could handle pro-se. It was very frustrating and demoralizing. The day I saw I was moving in the right direction was when I was able to tell a support magistrate that I would like to refrain from any further comments due to me retaining the services of Mark S Paige. At this time the Magistrate said you have made a great decision regarding your retaining of Mr Paige … He is a very good lawyer. Ms. DaRe reached out to me regarding a legal issue even though she no longer deals in custody issues specifically. She called me and talked to me at length. She was professional, compassionate and honest and if you need a lawyer who will care Ms. DaRe appears to be that person. I had a lot of lawyers throughout the years. Some not so good. Others or just OK nothing really made him stand out but they all had no problem Taking your money without really caring the outcome. Michelle on the other hand actually cares about her clients. She will stick with you till the end and see it all through. She knows how to make sure all the Ts are crossed and the i dotted. She is very thorough and fair. I can't say enough about Michelle if I ever have to do it again I want her by my side.

Michelle was recommended by a friend and was the 4th attorney that I hired during the 4 years that it took to complete my contentious divorce. I have also worked extensively with attorneys during my career. The thing that I liked most about working with Michelle is that, unlike many other attorneys, she is more interested in achieving a reasonable settlement for all parties rather than going thru useless legal exercises and filings which run up the fees without accomplishing anything. She also has a personality and is actually enjoyable to talk to and work with. Although my ex-wife refused to go the mediation route, Michelle’s mediation skills were very valuable at times during the process. (BTW- knowing couples that have done mediation, I highly recommend that vs. going the divorce master route if at all possible). While she is not the cheapest lawyer you can use, she is also *not* the most expensive. Although I still hated spending the money, I felt that Michelle provided good value for the services that she provided and I highly recommend her. And oh yeah, she is very knowledgeable and competent.

I could not have been happier with the service I received from Larry. I really appreciate his calm, level-headed demeanor. Divorce is probably one of the most stressful things in anyone's life. Kathleen had the disadvantage of entering as my second attorney. After a failed mediation and a too quiet and too sweet attorney, I found Kathleen. My sister-in-law had testified for her in a case and was incredibly impressed. I soon concurred. Kathleen was honest, real and told me the truth - not what she thought I wanted to hear. Exactly what I wanted and needed. She found the perfect mediator for us (I do believe there is an art in picking the right mediator for a client!). Kathleen allowed me my emotions (believe me, there were a few!) but also kept me focused on the things that mattered. She's smart, great with numbers (accounting background) and a wicked sense of humor. Everything I could have asked for and more! I ended up with my kids (#1) and all the "real" money (#2). Only wish I had started with her and saved myself 8 months of grief!

I hired an attorney over the summer to handle a custody case as my kids were in a dangerous situation. In sixty days this attorney took me through two losing trials and ended up billing over $65,000. In the process she managed to upset two judges.
In the end my children were left in a more dangerous situation than had I done nothing.
I felt I had let my children down and was more than disheartened. That said, I could not give up and leave them in the situation they were in. I decided I needed to try again with a new attorney.
I was recommended to Kathleen’s firm by a friend. As you can imagine I was skeptical at first as my prior experience was so disheartening - I felt it was all about "billable hours".
When I met with Kathleen one of the first things she said was “If I ever have something on your bill you don’t agree with, tell me and I will take it off”. I was still skeptical until I received my first monthly billing.
In short, her billings were concise and understandable. More importantly, she took five minutes, and billed five minutes, to do a five minute job. Through about four months of engagement I never felt like I was being miked for time, and never felt I was treated unfairly.
We ended up in mediation - which is a lot of waiting. Even in mediation Kathleen said “I can sit here and speak with you and bill you for my time, or I can work on other cases while we wait.” Having been through other mediations over the years there is a lot of waiting time. This is the first time I had been given this option!
With that said, it doesn't matter what an attorney costs if your children are not taken care of.
My end result is that after about four months of working with Kathleen I have my children with me full time, child support is reversed (with me receiving instead of paying), and I am able to move my children out of state – almost unheard of in a custody situation. I ended up being billed about a quarter what my previous attorney had billed in just two months over the summer – AND most importantly I got results that keep my kids safe!
I have worked with many attorneys through businesses I have been involved with through the years. It had always seemed like a game of “how many hours can I bill you for”. I absolutely did not feel this way with Kathleen.
I could not recommend her more highly. She is absolutely the best attorney I have ever worked with.

John was knowledgeable, informative, and easy to work with while setting up my wife and I's living will and attorney of power forms. He was affirming and comfortable to work with as a same-sex couple setting up these documents to protect our family even prior to the SCOTUS ruling. Our case involve a home builder we hired to build our "dream house." He turned out to be a thief and completely incompetent. After more than a year of fighting with the
"builder" to fix the problems, we decided to try the legal route.
We had never had any experience with lawyers and were not even sure how to start the process. A friend recommended John and we got an appointment the same week. He was WONDERFUL. John walked us through the process, told us what to expect (including the frustrations to come) he was very meticulous, organized, and kept us informed every step of the way.
In the end he proved fraud, deceptive trade practices, and incompetence on the part of the builder. Our home was declared a complete loss and because of the fraud and deceptive trade practices,, we were awarded the full price of the house plus triple damages. The total amount of the judgement was 500,000 dollars.
I hope we will never need another attorney but if we do, John is the first guy we will call.
I recommend John to anyone in need of an attorney.

I've known John Gilliam for many years. He has advised me on Montana employment law, torts--- specifically on issues of libel and slander. He has also advised me on contract re-negotiation; John helped me draft a couple of letters that re-positioned me in a dispute. Mr. Weir stepped in under difficult circumstances and quickly accessed my case, which was very complex. I hired Kim after interviewing three lawyers. Kim's representation of me was well worth the money I paid. Kim's fees were also the lowest. Kim's knowledge of DUI and her ability to navigate you through are finesse. Kim helped me streamline everything including the car breathalizer, the mandated education classes, DMV proccess & my jail time. Through a couple of Kim's contingency filings I was able to do my tent city time in Apr. not extreme months like July or Dec. I did have a negative & stressful dealing with someone that worked under Kim that I had to work with while she was out of town but all in all I was in very good hands. A few months ago my husband find a bike at work he left the bike against the dumpster and towards the end of his day noone claimed the bike. He brought the bike home posted it on craigslist. He then got in trouble for trafficing stolen property he didnt have no idea the bike was stolen. My husband was looking at 2-7 yrs in prison for his prior convction from 10 yrs ago that the state brought up in his present case. Kimberly wrote a 6 pg letter proving and stating all the facts. Kathi is the best attorney ever! I knew halfway through my case that I would be writing Kathi an amazing review regardless of the outcome. She was so great to work with. I am a forty-three-year-old single father who has been fighting for more time with my ten-year-old daughter since her mother ran off with her in 2012. I have had three other attorneys over the past eight years. It was truly a blessing that I met with and hired Kathi. Kathi took the time to get familiar with my past and present court issues. I could tell that she was less concerned with time and money, and more concerned with taking her time to understand exactly what has happened in the past so she could defend and represent me aggressively and in an informed manner. She did such a good job of asking me deep background questions, that at one point I was nervous that she might have been padding the billable hours. When it came time to discuss how much of my retainer was left, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at how fair she was in billing me. The process was still expensive, but I truly feel like the service I received outweighed the fee she charged. I’m not kidding when I tell you that I am buying her a gift card to a nice restaurant to send her in a thank you card. She was that good. I think the opposing counsel was really bummed out having to deal with Kathi. She is extremely knowledgeable, tough, but fair. She is a good negotiator. In the end, I was awarded far more than I thought possible based on the past eight years of getting ran over by the court system and my daughter’s mother. I now have 50/50 legal decision making and I spend equal time with my daughter on a 5-2-2-5 schedule. I came to Julianne with limited knowledge on how the Family Court system works after having a less-than-stellar experience with another attorney. After retiring from being a State lawyer, when I opened up my small custom corset and wedding dress business in 1990, I chose Steve for my business attorney dealing with intellectual property and contract matters, such as obtaining a service mark for my business name, and avoiding litigation by a disgruntled, irrational supplier. Later I also chose him for my personal estate attorney and have consulted with him on multiple occasions over the past 26 years. He has assisted me not only with these legal matters but also represented me in an unlawful detainer to remove a non-rent paying tenant. I always feel Steve is on my side. He assisted me come to a rational response despite my emotions regarding a disrupted relationship with my sister who at the time was Executor of my Georgia-based mother's will. I also had to hire a Georgia lawyer when my mother passed. That lawyer merely did what I asked, was slow to respond to my questions on Georgia law, never answered some questions, and in the midst of much emotional family turmoil, without reason threatened to quit. I was appalled. Steve can manage the emotions that come with legal matters and accomplish what you want but without rushing to litigation. After my own 16 yrs. practicing consumer and employment law, my conclusion is that the rational thing for anyone to do is avoid litigation at all costs unless there is no other choice. Steve's certification in mediation makes him particularly competent to do just that, if you believe the same.

Drew Clayton represented me and my wife at an arbitration hearing in which we were claiming improper handling of our investments by brokers Raymond James. He readily grasped our problem, prepared most meticulously and carefully explained our fee options, ie either contingency or hourly billing.
The hearing ran for several days at a hotel in which all concerned stayed. It seemed to us that Drew and his assistant worked continously on our behalf, laboring on the case until late each evening. Arbitrator Marr just completed an grievance arbitration here in Oregon State. I would not hesitate to recommend him to arbitrate any legal matter. David helped me with a case regarding discrimination at my place of employment. I was a good worker, so I never thought it would happen to me. And then it did. It was a complicated case as there were many years of behavior from many people and a variety actions involved. The lawsuit itself lasted for many years too.
I always felt confident that David had the knowledge and experience to carry me through every step of the way - and there were a lot of steps! If I had a question, David was prompt to reply.
I’m still so impressed with how much David knows about California and federal employment law and how much real life experience he has with all of it. David knows how to build a case from the beginning to go to court. Of course, it’s always better to settle, but you’re in a real pickle if you can’t settle for some reason and your attorney doesn’t know how to win a case in court in front of a judge and jury. David was prepared for every legal angle. It was like playing chess - he was several steps ahead of everyone else.

I needed help with a dire situation at work. Someone didn't like me and wanted me gone, despite an outstanding job performance on record. This was in the public sector so there was also a union involved and procedure that needed to be followed. I knew I needed an attorney, but didn't know how to find one that had the expertise and street smarts that I was looking for. I made numerous phone calls and consulted (in person) with two other attorneys before asking David Duchrow if he'd represent me. I am so happy he said yes.
My situation dragged out for months and time and time again, I'd be told one thing by the union (who was there to represent me) and something different by David. With his experience in appeals ("appellate law"), David was always one step ahead of the union because David would already know how this or that situation played out in the courts -- and he was well informed of the latest court decisions. It was this big picture type of thinking that ultimately got me a decent settlement considering the employer started out offering $0.
There were times I asked myself, "Do I really want to pay for an attorney? I have a union going to bat for me, won't that be enough?" All I can say is, I'm so very glad I had Mr. Duchrow on my team. I can confidently say that the only reason I got anything at all is because I had David Duchrow guiding and advising.
David Duchrow sees the big picture, the chess pieces, even when others trained in the law (and specifically in employment) couldn't see the same things he did with the same information. He's also one of the nicest and even-tempered people I've met. He was always patient and I did ask a lot of questions. David was careful to walk me through the logic of every piece of advice he gave to ensure I got it and understood the reasoning behind his recommendations. This helped me buy in to whatever it was he was suggesting and also gave me confidence when I had to face the ugliness of the situation before me.
The other thing I'll say is that his rate is extremely reasonable and David doesn't nickel and dime when representing you.
If you're in an employment situation and need an expert eye, someone with true street smarts or find yourself represented by a union, but wondering if you could do better, my short answer is this: Yes, you can do better. David Duchrow is the best I've come across when I was searching for an employment attorney. I'm extremely glad I decided to spend money on proper representation and I'm even more glad that it was on the right attorney.

I was referred to The Law Collaborative (TLC) by a colleague. I grew even more interested in working with the firm when I learned its mission is to help clients pursue the most peaceful and cost-effective solutions for separation, divorce, and nullity matters. TLC promotes negotiation and mediation over expensive court battles. I support this approach to navigating the emotionally difficult seas of family law, and wanted to be able to rely upon the skills of the attorneys at TLC to help manage the hostility I expected to face as I made public the facts about my ex-husband. From the first time I met Ty Supancic I was impressed by his intelligence, honesty, kindness, and good-natured personality. After we discussed and evaluated my options, I chose to pursue a nullity. A divorce would have been an easier and cheaper route for me to take. However, divorces only allow one to state “irreconcilable differences” as the reasons for the death of the marriage. Since this was not an accurate depiction of the facts, I decided to file for a nullity. From the start I was advised that obtaining a nullity would be a challenge. A nullity enables one to outline the chronology of events and list the specific causes (and explain why one party is at fault) for the end of the marriage, and thus allows one to present a more comprehensive case to the court. However, judges still very rarely grant them. It was clear to me that we were facing an uphill battle. However, I felt confident that I was in good hands with Ty as my representative and advocate. I worked closely with him for months gathering and reviewing the evidence for inclusion in my case, and assisting with the development of the legal documents. Ty is an extremely gifted writer, so this actually made the process enjoyable for me. He was able to consistently and accurately reflect my perspectives in his prose. Ty was also highly responsive to me during all of our communications about the case. I would receive replies to my emails within minutes sometimes, and he always made time to take my telephone calls. He answered at length every question I ever posed, and even took the time to explain larger legal concepts to me. In addition, Ty went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate my schedule for the few times we needed to meet in person. He even spent five hours with me finalizing the court documents and organizing the evidence for the nullity the day before the law office needed to be packed and moved to a new location. He never once tried to rush me or act like he had anywhere else to be but there working on my case. I am pleased to say we obtained the nullity shortly after filing our legal documents in court! The partners in the law firm said it was the first time in their collective 60 plus years of practicing law that they had ever seen a nullity granted so swiftly and based on the strength of the legal documents alone. Customarily a “prove-up” hearing is required with witnesses called to provide testimony. Here is an excerpt from a thank you letter I wrote to Ty following our legal victory: “I am so overwhelmed with gratitude that words are not sufficient to show my appreciation for your work at this moment. So, I will simply say again that I have been tremendously blessed to have you represent me and advocate for me in this nullity. Ty, your unsurpassed intelligence, legal skills, work ethic, sense of humor, unwavering kindness, and cheerful personality truly brought out the best in me. I developed great confidence in your abilities, and this allowed me to focus on the sometimes emotionally difficult process. Equally important to me was feeling encouraged and supported by you every step of the way. Your positive outlook kept me from becoming undermined by doubt, or entertaining any fear that I was "wasting" time and money on my pursuit of what I knew were worthy goals. You worked tirelessly and patiently with me for months during this labor-intensive process." Ty is highly recommended.
