I’m glad I found Danielle to represent me during the worst time of my life fighting for custody. Danielle was amazing at understanding my situation, explaining it and fighting for my rights and all with my heart and pain in mind. She was always conscientious enough to think about the best outcome, considering the expense for each angle and the implications down the line. Danielle thoroughly explained each step and the pros and cons for all decisions. I really appreciate her experience, knowledge and her good heart in representing me. She was always timely with everything and fully informed of the details in my case. She is always wonderful and sweet but a knowledgeable fighter in court who always went in well prepared and ready for anything. I hired Beth to help me negotiate the terms of an uncontested divorce. She walked me through the process and negotiated separation terms with my ex's lawyer, as well as prepared all of the forms and paperwork I needed to file with the court.
Beth advised me on the possible courses of action and gave recommendations, but also made sure my opinions and needs were expressed to the other party. In the end, we ended up with a fair settlement without having to involve outside mediation or going to trial.
Beth was accessible, professional, and informative throughout the process. I would strongly recommend her, especially in cases where settling equitably out of court is the goal.

Although divorce is not ideal, I’ve gone down that unfortunate path. Having Ms. Lemos on my side made a profound and positive difference. I cannot begin to say enough great things about Margaret. I had a gut feeling about her and my gut did not steer me wrong. I am beyond thankful that she took on my case. No separation is easy, especially when it involves children. I was dealing with threats, verbal abuse, harassment, bullying, etc. I explained to Margaret what she would be in for and what we would be up against and she did not bat an eye. She was always very supportive and reassuring and all around a pleasure to work with. I wanted to take a minute to recommend Mr. White and his firm to interested parties. I was involved in divorce proceedings which are never pleasant. As it turned out the opposing attorney for what ever reason attempted to delay over and over again despite the fact he had made the original filing. Mr. White and his team continued to say on top of the issue and because of his efforts and contacts within the legal system we were able to resolve the proceedings in an equitable manor for all.

During my divorce I hired Todd to represent me. Todd aggreed to represent me even though I was in middle of my divorce and was not comfortable with a previous attorney working my case. Todd's assusances to me that he would work more diligently to a faster resolve gave me a comfortable and confident feeling. Unfortunately things turned bad and Todd was ultimately prepared for what ever was encountered. Todd did not allow me to be run over by opposing counsel. I was pleased with the professionalism and respect that Todd and his staff showed. This office was all about me and careing for my needs. Secondly after the divorce unfornate circumstances with child custody arose. During the dispute Todd and his staff worked even more diligently and confidently for the health and saftey of the children. Todd was very quick to file all apporpriate cases without hesitation. With his professional knowledge, careing and no back down attitude I am ultimately pleased to write this review. I can not and could not thank Todd or his staff enough for the calm and assuring attitude during my most stressful time! She followed a very efficient 3-step process: 1) helped us brainstorm what we wanted, 2) drafted the appropriate documents, and 3) met with us in person throughout the process to answer questions and help us get the kind of estate plan we wanted.

This is actually a tough review to write because truly I have appreciated so many things about Emily and her team. Some things that come to mind are that she would always encourage me kindly and professionally not to waste my time, effort, and money on a battle that I would not win. She does a ton of work before the mediation so that she knows your case and is ready to get to work. She is also exceptionally gifted at determining what is really motivating the parties - what they need to resolve in order to settle the case. She figures that out and helps guide the lawyers in a way that will achieve a settlement. However, she also has a keen insight as to whether a case will or won't settle. I had been divorced for about 10 years with two kids & had joint custody of them. I've since remarried, and then my wonderful wife & I were expecting our first child together. Around that time my Ex-wife tried again for the 3rd time for custody changes and lost again, so a new Parenting Consultant Janeen was appointed to our case. Suddenly my world was turned around when I lost over 85% of my time with my two current children based on the new PC's decision, even despite an extremely thorough Custody Evaluation being completed weeks before clearly recommending that changes should not be made to our 50/50 custody...and that it would cause more harm if changes were made.
My close personal friend (who's also any attorney) new my situation was very complex and had highly recommended Amanda. Before meeting with Amanda, I thought it was a better choice that I consult with more expensive attorneys ($450-$750/hr) and those with at least 20 - 30 years of experience. The two other attorneys I consulted with were very stunned & nearly speechless after reviewing all of the Court Orders and then the 8 or 9 PC Decisions made over a period of maybe 12 months. Yet they did not felt that I had a strong case to overturn the Judge's or the new PC's Decisions and to have the PC vacated, as this was a very difficult & rare task to accomplish.
I then decided to meet with Amanda. After she reviewed my case, she didn't make any guarantees, but said that she felt we had a strong argument based on the, "facts of the law". That gave me enough confidence to proceed.
After filing our first motion, Amanda was able have the Judge allow our case to be reviewed again. Several months later we had our hearing. We ended up winning our case and the PC was VACATED! The PC Janeen had also been found to be in violations by the ADR Ethics Board. But the fact that it was all about having my two other children back made it one of the biggest successful events of my life.
Amanda was so detailed, thorough, and very understanding of my entire case. She was also able to help me communicate more effectively with my Ex-wife so that it was more productive as opposed to me only being angry from her constantly being overbearing and trying to control things while I had time with our children.
I can't say enough how grateful I am I have Amanda by my side. She is and always will be my family law attorney until my kids turn of legal age. I highly recommend her and would vouch for her should anyone need a reference...
