I had very bad and crazy divorce experience and it took almost 4 years, because my ex was totally brain washed by new boyfriend and this boyfriend is connected to crafty and greedy attorney in manhattan beach RR. this attorney RR is even famous in court room as bad and insistent lawyer. so i was recommended one of top lawyer FS in Bevery Hills at beginning but my attorney FS was so expensive and he didn't care about my case because compare to his other clients I am poor and my marriage was only 2 years.. not big deal case.
but since we were fighting with RR he drug everything unbelievably slow and judge was keep rolling eyes.., after year and half we had nothing done but attorneys fee was already $150,000. then i couldn't keep this Bevery Hills attorney FS who doesn't care about my case and enjoying spending unnecessary time with my ex's attorney RR.
after i let FS go i hire other attorney CC, she was nice about she offered me payment option but she said she came from criminal fields and i guess she didn't have much experience in family law and she was not strong enough to stop RR. so ends up it took another 2years with this attorney CC and i got few bad judgements and even payment option i spent crazy amount of money..
but finally i met William Glavin thru my friend in manhattan beach and william stopped crazy and greedy RR's attack and very honest charge. i went thru divorce and used 3-4 attorneys and interviewed many attorneys. but i have to say 90% of family attorneys are money hungry and don't care about me. but finally I found this this guy William and his associate Adam!
they are strong but honest get into the point and save your money and i can trust 100%!!

Through my tough divorce for 3.5 years, I had three lawyers. If I did not have other two, I would not have been so appreciative of Richard Rabbin.
Richard is very professional, knowledgable, efficient, and honest. In general, I do not trust any lawyers, but working with Richard for over two years, I trust Richard very much. He fights right to the points and understands so well what I really want. he also gets the job done quickly, and charge reasonably. The first two lawyers I had charged a lot of money but got little done. but with Richard, it costs very effectively. I would highly recommend Richard if you are going through a divorce.

I hired Mr. Berry. He is wonderful. I waited for my trail. He worked hard putting together my brief. The office workers answered all my emails and calls promptly. We went over the trial briefing the day before trial. He met me at the ss office. He was 100% ready!! The judge ruled in my favor during the trial!! Never been in trouble in my entire life. Never needed a lawyer before. Living in Solivita back into a post trying to open the gate that wouldn't open. Late for appointment asked the guard to open the gate which she did. Looked at my car when I got home 3 houses from the gate no damage to my car went to my appointment. Got back and the police was at my door saying leaving a scene of an accident. Never been so scared in my entire life. Asked the police officer if I could just pay the damages and he said no it was already written up. The guard didn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. My husband looked up Lawyers got match up with Mr. William Santana he came right out to my home. Great lawyer.Tried to put me at ease but until it's completed over I won't be at ease.

He handled a family members divorce case after another attorney charged an exorbitant amount with very little results. He was able to get a resolution in a reasonable amount of time. He also consulted with me on a separation. Do not let his quiet demeanor fool you. once inside the courtroom, he is very adequately aggressive and will get the job done.

My daughter starts at Southern Oaks tomorrow in Ky, my hometown, thanks to Andrew Rankin. I'm so nervous and excited for this change. I'm even more excited for her. More than anything, the fact that she is so happy about moving, let's me know this is exactly where we are supposed to be. Going through this divorce has been the most heart wrenching experience not just on me, but for my girls. I never imagined being treated by the man I loved for so long in such hateful and slanderous ways. 5 months ago I received a petition for divorce, alimony, sole custody, child support, and a restraining order keeping me within 50 miles of his residence when Im not even from here nor know anyone because I spent 4 years focused solely on my degree and family. Thanks to Mr Andrew Rankin, he gave me the best birthday gift yesterday, the call to tell me to go home. I have my family back despite my ex's tremendous amount of lies and manipulation. When I needed a Savannah attorney to assist me in removing the court appointed conservator for my elderly aunt, I did not know where to turn. However, when I contacted an attorney friend in a large prestigious law firm in Atlanta asking for a reference, without hesitation they recommended Janice Powell. At our first meeting, I was impressed by her legal knowledge and experience. Her compassion for both my aunt and me was obvious. Ms Powell worked diligently to see that both my aunt and her property were protected. A new conservator was appointed and the former one required to to compensate my aunt for any loss or expense to her estate. Ms. Powell's dedication to her client was evident, even when she was criticized for bringing legal proceedings against this well-known conservator, who was also an attorney. Lisa represented me on several matters stemming from the aftermath of a high conflict divorce that resulted in additional litigation with my ex-husband after we divorced. These included restraining orders, two divorce modifications to change parenting schedules, contempt actions, and a host of other issues when my ex would do everything he could to make my life difficult and not adhere to our Agreement.
Because the relationship with my ex was so contentious and my minor son was caught in the middle of the chaos, I needed someone to help me navigate so many moving parts expertly. At one point, I was in court 8x in 1 year and almost that many times the following year. It was truly an awful, emotional and draining time and if I did not have Lisa's calming, controlled, and sensitive demeanor to help me hold it together, I don't know what I would have done.
All of this was coupled with her brilliant legal expertise. She is extraordinarily strategic, skilled, and on top of every nuance of even the most complex matters. She is incredibly responsive and will devote herself to your case, putting your child at the center of all decisions, even when your emotions are running over and you cannot see the forest from the trees. I am a young professional who, while not currently affluent, stand to inherit a considerable amount of money from my family. Lisa was able to construct an agreement that would allow my wife and I to share in the growth of our marriage while also reassuring my family that our assets would be protected. She answered all of my questions, but was never condescending. She acted on all of my requests or explained to my satisfaction why she was unable to do so/ could not recommend it.
She was even able to recommend a new attorney for my then-fiancée when her first lawyer proved to be not up to the job.

I needed to speak to an attorney regarding an emergency situation and Shannon took the time to speak with me at length during a consultation but their firm only charged me for one hour - even though I went way past that. She said it was important that she understood my situation and needs. She listened but asked tough questions and even though some of them were hard to answer, she helped me understand the situation more fully.
She gave me great legal advice. It was practical advice but also very smart advice that helped me calm the situation so my spouse and I could talk things through a bit. I definitely left my consultation knowing my rights and I was glad I talked to her up front. I strongly recommend her.

My experiencing working with Seth was nothing less than exceptional. Together we navigated difficult legal issues complicated by an out-of-state divorce, a poorly constructed financial agreement, and a highly litigious and unreasonable plaintiff who not surprisingly is also the mother of my children. I learned the hard way that being the sole breadwinner established me as the 2nd rate parent (she was the 'primary caregiver' because I went to work M-F) and set us up for all kinds of irresponsible family and financial expectations. Crazy stuff, but this is what happens when we find ourselves needing courts to sort out family matters. I fought hard to stay an involved father and to keep the family in-state where my job was successfully maturing. Following a 2 day trial I failed, and the children moved out-of-state against my wishes. I was left with an unsustainable parenting plan that involved a ridiculous amount of driving and the fallout of a hastily assembled financial agreement settled before the trial. This poorly worded and poorly understood agreement remained a source of problems for the next 10+ years.
Eventually I chose to relocate to CT to the same town my children lived in, compromising and eventually losing my now out-of-state job. While unemployed, I was unable to achieve a successful hearing to adjust child support and filed contempt of court charges while self-represented. Again facing a round of legal conflict I secured legal representation with Freed Marcroft and Seth was assigned to my case. It was one of the best decisions of my life.
Seth is both an exceptional lawyer and a person with integrity. Seth did an amazing job. He was easy to talk with, personable, and laser focused on sorting out legal arguments. What impressed me most about Seth was his ability to quickly see unproductive tangents for what they were: time consuming distractions that drive up legal costs and muddy the waters. Seth focused on key issues important to potential settlements or a judge's pending decisions. He was a rock star in the courtroom. Courteous, professional, and again laser focused. As a client, I also contributed significantly. I was honest and fully disclosed everything relevant to the case. I kept excellent records and made all of them available to Seth as needed. I was also an outstanding witness, speaking a truth fully consistent with all the supporting documentation. For 10+ years I did what was expected of me, and tried my best to stay on the high road. Finally it paid off. Following yet another 2 day trial the outcome was fully in my favor and reasonable adjustments immediately followed. My original contempt charges were upheld. I have no doubt that the legal advice I received, and the legal representation provided to me were key driving factors in this favorable outcome.
I highly recommend Seth to anyone who wants to take the high road and achieve fairness in their divorce settlement.

If you feel your situation is hopeless and you’ve done everything else you can think of, Mike is the lawyer you need. Four years ago I found myself in the middle of a foreclosure. I was told by other lawyers that the situation was hopeless, but if anyone could help me, it would be Mike Tremblay. So I made an appointment for a free consultation to discuss my situation with him. He followed up, as promised, by performing extensive research in which he discovered that the bank attempting to foreclose did not have clear title to my mortgage. He advised me to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition in order to attempt to save my home. This was during the time that faulty mortgage assignments and the robo-signing scandal was just coming to light. Mike did a lot of legal research and put the fear of God into the mortgage holder. As a result of his tenacity, the case was settled, I was able to sell my condo for the current market value, paid off all my debt, and the bankruptcy case will be closed in another month and I am able to get on with my life. Mike and his staff worked tirelessly on my behalf. He worked for four years without being paid, except the small retainer I could afford. He waited until the condo was sold and I was able to pay his fee with the proceeds. Mike is great to work with – he was sensitive to my situation, and honest about the possible outcomes. He relentlessly pursued every possibility for success. In talking with other lawyers, I have learned that Mike is very highly respected for his knowledge of the law, his ability to do research and write briefs, and be a vigorous advocate in court. I went from being hopeless and overwhelmed to a whole new start in life.

We hired Ms. Stratton to assist us with a contractor we hired to remodel our home. They tried to serve us a bill nearly 50% more than our original bid. This is not an unusual practice when it comes to home building, but these guys were hiding costs and doubling time and supplies unnecessarily. We were unable to see how they were coming to the amount of the final bill. Ms. Stratton took our case and reviewed all the documentation of the remodel, such as change orders, how they were provided, how they calculated their hours and supervision and, through her expertise, brought transparency and clarity to our case. She ended up uncovering change orders that were not written correctly or given to us in a timely fashion per the law. She also discovered that we were being billed at a 300% mark up over our original contract vs. doubling the cost and time as how the billing should have been done. We wouldn't have been able to successfully dispute these charges without her expertise in the laws of business. She maintained professionalism and respect for all sides during our dispute. We were very impressed by her and would highly recommend her.

The whole office worked as a team. There are two more attorneys and plenty of staff at this office. When Michele was not available there was another attorney there to handle issues. Elizabeth Brown was very warm and personable. I was glad this group was on my side.
Divorce can be a terrible stressful experience. It can be compounded by a lack of timely response. I did not feel the delays in this case had anything to do with this team. This group of professionals kept me on task with my requirements and filed the necessary documents with the court in an expedient manner. I always knew what was expected of me.

I got one of those advertised divorces that initially was going to cost me $500 and turned out to cost me $2500 in 2012. We had been separated for 7 years. I was in a bad state. I signed an agreement, drafted and reviewed by a 'cheap' attorney and today I am paying $11,500 in alimony and child support for 20 years.
I was referred to Cary King. One look at the settlement agreement and he told me that in his 30+ years of Family Law practice, he had never seen a settlement agreement so one-sided, atrocious, unfavorable and not doable (based on my income then and now).
My income then, nor my income today, justifies the unreasonable alimony I signed up for.
