We purchased a home in Cherry Hill NJ in May 2017. We were first-time buyers and also from out of state. This is not the first time, nor will it be the last that I use Mr. Blandford for my attorney.
He is very direct but thoughtful, accurate and informative; tells you what is going on in a language you can understand without being condescending. Most of all, he will always let you know what is the best and the worst you can expect (but will always go after the best!)
He has such a calm and controlled demeanor in the courtroom, but he is attentive in making sure you understand what is being said...
I have hired other attorneys in the past, once I found Greg Blandford, I have retained him whenever I have needed one again. Every time that I have the need again, I feel more at ease knowing that I have him on my side.

The firm helped me with a bankruptcy, like millions of other people we hit hard times with the economy. I originally met with attorney Charles Stohlmen and he explained to me how I can “get rid of my second mortgage” – which we did successfully. Cheryl was very helpful and preparation of my paperwork. But Darcy in the corporate office was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always returned every call and explained everything in detail with words I can actually understand. I am so relieved now that I don’t have creditors constantly calling and harassing! I am making monthly payments and I feel good that I am paying something back. But when I am finished – that second mortgage is gone – we are talking about $65,000 2nd mortgage!! I would totally recommend this firm to anyone!

I have worked with Dale Console on my divorce and several post divorce motions including the appellate court over many years. She was the second lawyer I worked with during a long drawn out multi-year divorce negotiation, so I have a comparison. Lori Sandman took on a custody case for my husband and me in which she has exceeded our expectations with the amount of time she puts into her work. Unlike many lawyers we found him to be very approachable, down to earth, reasonable, and up front about things. In addition to reasonably and affordably priced. Ms. Nesset-Sale is everything you want in a lawyer -- knowledgeable, experienced, smart, well-connected, personable, efficient, compassionate, firm, and wise. I was so grateful someone referred me to her and I wanted to let others know in case they ever need a lawyer or mediator. I will actually miss working with her though I'm glad to get the divorce/mediation process finished. She was up front about cost, explained the difference between mediation and divorce representation, helped us figure out child support and the parenting plan, knows timelines and how the local courts work very well. We had already made preliminary agreements between the two of us, but wanted to keep the best interests of our children at the forefront while also being fair to each other . . . but there was no way we could have navigated our way through the forms and the courts without some guidance. Divorce is important even when it's amicable, so it's worth it to work with someone who knows exactly how to guide you through the process in a timely and professional manner. And clearly knows how to handle a variety of clients, even the non-amicable ones. I will absolutely hire her again if I need a lawyer again in the future.

I was left with temendous debt after my recent divorce. I tried AVVO because I was not happy with my divorce attorney and thought I would take my chances on the site. I was pleasantly surprised to find Dorota! She is honest, intelligent, diligent, competent and efficient.....none of these words could be used to describe my divorce attorney who happened to be a family member!
I was pleasantly surprised to have an immediate comfort level with Dorota. She worked very hard for me and she was extremely reasonable. She did not drag out the process to incur more fees.....as many attorneys do. She was committed to resolving my debt issues as quickly as possible.

Coming out of graduate school, I unfortunately realized a bit too late I was dating a selfish, dishonest, delusional individual (monster, really). Following some drunken abusive scene on his birthday, I was forced to move out all of his things into a house we were supposed to be living in (this was with an injured hand, and my ex had my car keys, which were only returned after my car was towed). After spending the whole day moving him in on my one day off, I was served an ex parte via a protective order due to "reckless endangerment" (throwing half a glass of water on someone who almost caused a car accident and other abusive behavior from him). He made accusations of assault and abuse while I was not even present to do so. Even though I was hysterical and probably incoherent at the time of my call, Marc took my case. While his counsel (House of Ruth, mind you) refused to settle, Marc thankfully let him (and his counsel) have it in court. He did not let him get away with any of his dishonesty, tampered evidence, and other inconsistencies in his testimony. His partner, Michael, helped me with the "criminal case" and the appeal of the dismissed court case (which was withdrawn at the time of the hearing). I can only thank Marc for successfully scaring this psycho off from showing up to the last two hearings, and I am so thankful everything was dismissed--

Marc represented me in reference to a company that had a history of never losing an unemployment compensation case.
When Marc was finished with the company representative,I almost felt sorry for him.
He subscribes to the Vince Lombardi saying that winning isn't everything,it's the only thing.
Even with his success,he keeps his fees affordable.
He seems to have a passion for protecting the rights of the little guy.

Mr. Bergman handled my divorce and I feel he was G-d sent. Not only did he make my ex-husband's attorney look like an novice (which he is not) in every hearing but he truly placed my child's best interest in mind the whole time. This man is the true definition of "old school" law, where people respect each other, treat other with kindness and place ethics above all.
He is a bulldog none or less, someone you want to have by your side in any litigation or mediation process and but he is always thinking 10 moves ahead.

Wow--- completely blown away by Nate's skills as a mediator.
My case was extremely complex and went on for many years. We had already been to mediation several times before and parent coordination. We had not been able to have any movement or agreements on our case. Mediation was required to attend before we could go to trial so I didn't think we would reach any kind of agreement. I was so wrong. Nate is extremely skilled at what he does and was able to help us get a full settlement after being in a divorce and custody battle for YEARS. I'm grateful for his creativity and flexibility. He is QUICK thinking on his feet and stayed hours after he was supposed to because he saw we could reach a settlement. I would recommend him highly to anyone as a mediator or as an attorney. You can tell he is there because of his passion and his talent. He is not someone who just collects the money. We worked with Mark on a contract issues with a home builder and their in house lender. The mortgage company was blatantly violating the law and attempting to keep a large portion of our money that wasn't theirs. We were worried such a complex antitrust matter would take years to resolve... However, Mark met with us and provided a timely and in-dept analysis which clearly determined the lender was violating the law, allowing us the terminate the agreement immediately. The lender conceded and agreed to refund us. Having Mark saved us tens of thousands in up-front costs, not to mention over 100k in a predatory interest rate. Working in the legal field, I have worked with dozens of attorneys in the past. Mark is by far the most honest, responsive, and considerate attorney I've met.

My firm is a small business provider of IT services which had a service agreement with a large enterprise client. I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in an emotional lawsuit which lasted over 4 years. When I needed a probate lawyer, another of my lawyers recommended Shaheen Imami. My mom was in assisted living, and needed to have a new Power of Attorney and Advanced Healthcare Directive. The existing ones were over 10 years old, and given her dementia, I had to legally be able to handle my mom's affairs. I initially had trouble finding an attorney who would do this, but after Lorraine and I met through LinkedIn, she agreed to do the Power of Attorney and Advanced Healthcare Directive. She did both the long and short form Powers of Attorney, to make sure my mom and I would be well covered for any situation. Her fee was extremely reasonable, considering the time she spent preparing all of the documents, and the travel time for the round trip to and from the assisted living facility, which was 60 miles each way. Lorraine treated my mom like her own mother during the time spent signing the documents at the assisted living facility. Her patience and kindness towards my mom was heart warming to say the least. I had occasions where either the long or short form Power of Attorney had to be submitted to the insurance company or to the bank on my mom's behalf, and there were never any issues. Lorraine was fantastic in every way, and I very highly recommend her to anyone.
