Obviously it's not a good law firm. Very unprofessional. They send you bills for something You are already paying. They never answer there phones. Gotta be a libral ran company. I'd never use them.

Aweful. They LIE. I have the reps name I wrote the conversation down- all lies. They are lawsuit and lie happy. If they had just contacted via the phone # given instead of entering judgments against to get more money squeezed out of clients...unethical. Stay far far away.

Woman was rude and at at the end of the call when we'd taken care of the account details she thought we'd hung up and she started talking rudly about my husband.

Received court documents before covid paid online but they never took the money from my bank account. Case was dismissed because of covid. Didn't hear anything for two years. They then tried to take in garnishments. This company is incompetent. I really hope they go out of business because they are horrible

2nd EDIT: Their client, the one who allowed them to sue us, just settled out of court for RICO, fraud, fair practices, and debt collection violations. This company serves criminals. EDIT: They were seeking old medical debt like the vultures they are. They sued me after I paid in full. Watch out for them. Not only are they liars, but they will try to double collect old debt. This is a law firm who comingles their debt collection work with their legal work, often sending out letters with Shermeta Law Group letterheads to intimidate consumers. They should not be allowed to exist and their track record of immediate litigation and debtor harassment shows it. They literally delight in hurting people. I actually heard in the woman's voice. Other reviews will confirm. They are the worst of this society and they continue to operate. I am desperate to find out how to make sure these vultures never hurt another person in need again.

This retarded company sends me collection letters addressed to someone else. I've called, but of course I never reach anyone. From the reviews I can see they are pretty incompetent so I don't expect them to straighten out their records any time soon. If they want to continue to waste postage on someone who doesn't exist at my address then so be it. You would think a "law firm" would get their act together, but not this one.
