I actually think they are incredibly helpful and professional but again, I work with them not against them . Some months I can only make a partial payment and they are beyond accommodating

Dishonest company. They will continue to take payments long after debt is paid in full. I called to confirm my balance, they congratulated me on paying off my debt and on the same day sent a new order for addition payment when absolutely no payment is due. They tell me I have overpayment but won't give my money back. Horrible Company
