They ignore calls when you are trying to reach them or get information. Customer service is not good at all.

GOOD LOCATION - EASY TO FIND *

The ladies are polite and will work with you every possible way. I had an issue with a creditor refusing to acknowledge a settlement and they helped me to get it the item removed from my credit report. It sucks to owe anyone money but if you have to owe, these are the best people for the job. I've had three account go through them and they helped me to pay off and settle all three.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to call them regarding a question about a payment I'm trying to give them, they make it damn near IMPOSSIBLE. It's like they know you screwed up, they know you owe money, and they want to make it THAT much harder on you to simply PAY them. Unless you have about 2 1/2 hours of your time to waste waiting for them, they're not helpful at all.

Cant make a payment because they don’t answer the phone!!!! And its my fault!! After this review they garnished my bank account!!! I called to make a payment and they did not want to work with me!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have more animosity toward Navient for handing my accounts to these people instead of working with me as I asked but they were no help either. I told these people I had nothing and they went after my mom. It isn't her fault or mine that I got sick.

They literally take month long vacations for a single holiday then when you try to call they have you on hold forever. They then turn around freeze your account because you didn't pay how am I supposed to make a payment if they pick up the damn phone

Horrible experience

Update: They still have the same problem every month. Again called multiple times a week before my loan was due. Nobody apparently in the office. Ever. I have left (again) multiple messages. No return phone call days later. I've been trying to contact them 6 times for over a week to make my payment. I've left 2 messages. Apparently they must be on vacation because nobody has answered my calls in over a week. This is very odd considering I've never even been on hold for more than 30 seconds before my call is answered. Very discusted that I can't seem to reach anyone or anyone call me back. I will be contacting the BBB.
