Lawyer was nice enough, but when everything shook out it seems we wasted over a year of our lives and a significant amount of our money for the exact same outcome as if we had just lied and pled guilty - ask him what legal fiction means prior to signing anything

What a shame that he tries to represent Family Law when he clearly has NO clue what that involves! It’s ok to write a come back Brian, all you know is how to lie, cheat people out of money and ignore your phone calls and e-mails! It’s plain to see you are out for the money you can get from single adults who are low income and spend their last dime hoping you can help, which you don’t. Sad to say the $4000 you took was not easy to come by and now I’m in debt

Hired Mr. Bouchet to Try for the 3rd time to get my driver's license back. I showed up for a meeting and he was drunk.He smelled like alcohol and this is for my driver's license back mind you. Anyways he bombed My chances at getting my license back by telling them go ahead and deny her and she'll just keep coming back. He did that on purpose to try to get more money out of me knowing that they were going to deny me by him saying that to them. This was my third time and they denied me again. This proves it's all about money and the lawyers are definitely in it with the Judges. I. Would have been better off doing it on my own as I did every other time I've ve tried to get my license back. At least the 2 times I tried.I never got called a liar because my lawyer told me to lie.Don't ever listen to them if they tell you to do that.

My husband is incarcerated and I contacted Brian Jean to help us fight some charges delaying his release. Brian is honest and very fair with pricing. He kept great communication with me and my sister in law during the whole case. His whole team was very patient and helpful. We ended up with an even better outcome than expected. Highly suggest Brian Jean if you have a loved one at Saginaw correctional.

If you are a single mother trying to get help for Child support, Health Insurance or anything from your Ex, this is DEFINITELY NOT the Lawyer for you!!!! There was next to no communication from him during the entire court proceedings, he does not return phone calls/messages nor does he reply to emails! Once he has his fee upfront your case is dead to him and you can forget ever getting a dime back. BEWARE, Brian Jean is not a good choice for a Lawyer, save your money!
