I walked into Kelsey’s office back in May a complete mess. We knew we had a fight ahead of us, as the ex had vowed to fight it out in court….and she handled all of my emotions and questions and freak outs perfectly. She pushed to have my mediation moved up due to the amount of conflict going on, and in the end, not only did I walk away with more than I even hoped for, but the divorce was finalized in 4 months! (Thanks to the gracious judge for that, but it wouldn’t have happened without the hard work of this entire law firm, who really worked as a team to make it happen!) I think the price is fair, and the office staff was always kind whenever I interacted with them. I would recommend Kelsey and this law firm to any friend in need!

I just have to say THANK YOU to Kelsey Minor and the DAWN team. I was overwhelmed with this journey at first, but, the team at DAWN made the entire process organized. There is a lot of moving parts that I was not aware of, Kelsey Minor made the entire process smooth, she is competent and professional and she always made me aware of my rights during this journey and stood by me every step of the way, any questions I had was answered immediately by her and the team.

Totally incompetent firm. There is a reason why this firm take mainly female clients. conflict=money. Expect Matthew Caplan to drag any divorce as long as they can to make the most money out of their clients by claiming that they are doing to fight for you. kids will be used as a weapon.they will not allow any peaceful settlement. Matthew Caplan claimed physical abuse against his Clint without any evidence. had minor children (10 years old) hand write letter hatting their dad. when claiming physical abuse for his Clint without any evidence, he actually said the following in court and on record "defendant treats women and children as Chattels because the culture of islam says he can do so". psychiatrist and 6 months later, it was proven that there was no physical abuse of any kind. please keep in mind that the largest group Muslims in the USA are African Americans. Mr. Caplan reply to the AGC case against him is that his statement was based on sites/online literature about islam. would he be ok with people demonizing his great faith of judaism by siting "online material"? please keep in mind that Mr. Caplan's client's attorney fee during this divorce process was 4 times the defendant's. who's eyes on your money? who is the biggest winner when Mr. Caplan tells you not to compromise and keep fighting? if you want to go through hell and put your children in the middle, then he is your guy.

Matt is a highly experienced and competent divorce attorney. No matter what issues arise he is able to handle it whether it be in front of the judges or mediation he gets the right result for his clients. When he says "I represent YOU" he means it and his firm represents women extremely well. Divorce isn't fun for anyone but I enjoyed working with Matt and he has incredibly professional staff.

It was good to have an attorney have your back the way Matt had mine. Even when I wanted to throw the towel in, he wouldn’t allow it, and he picked up My fight for me. I appreciate him and his nice office staff. Also, the weekly news letters were good information to read. The retainer fee is $4k, and the hourly amount for Matt is $400. I’m glad they’re understanding and allowing me a payment plan to pay off my bill.

I highly recommend Kelsey she is caring and so supportive. My kids wanted to participate in one after school activity and their dad was refusing to allow them to participate. Kelsey was there every step of the way in court advocating for the kids and we won the case . The kids have been having such a wonderful time being able to participate in their after school activity with their friends. Im so grateful for her I could not have fought this on my own. Working with her felt more like I was working with family and not just a fantastic lawyer!

Kelsey has been so responsive and thorough throughout the time that I've retained her. She is knowledgeable of the court system and set proper expectations for my case. I was represented by another attorney in Michigan who purposely prolonged and complicated my divorce in order to gain more revenue from me. Kelsey has NOT done that. She has communicated when needed and not used unnecessary hours. I am so grateful for her.
