Attorney Kelsey Minor worked really well with me and my situation. She helped a lot while representing me, she was able to answer all my questions as I’ve never went through any of this beforehand. However, the consultation price I was given was way under what I ended up paying. I had two separate consultations for separate matters. Both went over the price, one by a couple hundred which is understandable but the other was over by thousands. Overall, she did really good and was able to help me out, and I am forever thankful!

Senior lawyer was eager to retire, despite specific requests made in writing, and my divorce was left open to interpretation. Be prepared to be sued in small claims court if your ex-husband refuses to pay the bill! I'm still awaiting my "personal belongings" (not the specific list I gave, but that is exactly what I was awarded) to be returned, and four years later I will never see my grandma's artwork ever again. My daughter sees it at Daddy's House, though! People are ugly, and the legal team in this firm are some of the ugliest....

I've worked with DAWN law firm on two separate court proceedings, each time they represented me I was exceptionally pleased. The first time I was represented by Attorney Matthew Caplan, he was very knowledgeable and made sure I recieved everything I deserved. He was very professional, responsive and honest. Everytime we went to court, from the security guards to the court room, people spoke to him and acknowledged him. I knew I was in great hands and that he was well respected. Recently I had to retain DAWN and Matthew introduced me to Attorney Kelsey Minor and ask me to allow her to work on my case. At first I was nervous because this matter included my children and I wanted to make sure I was able to recieve the very best outcome. Well....Kelsey showed out and represented me to the fullest! Kelsey was professional, responsive, and when in court she was thoroughly prepared and did not backdown! During our last court appearance she fought so hard, that I was pleased with every dollar that I have spent! I now have another victory and I could not have achieved this without the help of these awesome attorneys.

I started my divorce so scared and unsure of where it would take me, but Kelsey was right by my side every step of the way and was such An amazing help, she acted as if she was more than just my attorney, but a friend as well. I would highly suggest Kelsey to anyone going through divorce! I am so thankful for her and everything she has done for me and my family.

Finally, one year later, my high conflict case is over. I am so thankful to have found Matthew. He has an extreme amount of knowledge on all the laws, but most importantly, is is very empathetic and truly cares about what is most important-- the best interest of the child. He protected my child as if he knew her and it was always clear that he truly cared and would do what was best to protect her. His communications are very timely and professional. I love how I am able to keep all of his communications and letters for my records. He holds the bar high forcing the opposing side to either match the high standard or have their true motives and character be exposed. Should I have to respond to any motions in the future, I pray he is still available, as I doubt I could find another Attorney who could represent me with the greatness that he has.

Kelsey is wonderful. She is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I felt well informed and confident during my divorce due to Kelsey and the entire office at DAWN always answering every question I had. Kelsey worked closely with me to make sure my divorce was handled in a timely manner with fairness and equality.
