I think he said his name was David but I'm not sure. I called for a consultation. He talked over me. Told me what I described was illegal but not a violation of my civil rights. He also told me my child does not have any rights. I wouldn't trust or retain this people for $1.

If divorce is inevitable then you will want Kelsey Minor on your side. She really cares about her clients. Kelsey is hard working with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Kelsey is willing to take the time to explain each step within the process to make sure you understand what is happening and what to be prepare for within the divorce process. Kelsey really had her hands full during my entire divorce. It was like every time she thought we were in the clear we were given a curve ball and set us back. She handled everything professionally, answered my emails (which I sent a ton) with a reply back or a phone call. She was mindful of cost which was very helpful. I anticipate continuing to use her services post divorce, unfortunately, as well.

DAWN is the only law firm I dealt with in general. Matt and Rachel are very nice and professional Matt fought hard for me and his experience really shows. It took him a little time to fully trust my story and once that happened he became my legal guardian angel. I wish he would still act on some of my requests even if he disagrees with me. I have to say that the firm is very very expensive, but even after 2 years I’m still happy with Matt and no other attorney would have provided me with the great outcomes that Matt did.

Divorce is tough, but I knew I was in great hands with Kelsey. She has a tremendous amount of experience and really cares for people. That is the best combination when it comes to finding an attorney for divorce. Kelsey took the right amount of time to ensure I fully understood the process as well as all the details that need to be part of the divorce process. I just watched my best friend get racked over the coals by this law firm and one of their lawyers, Kelsey Minor. They successfully drug her divorce out for over a year and charged her well over $20,000. many times only speaking to her lawyer, Kelsey Minor, once a month, if that. Kelsey did not communicate well with my friend of the opposing lawyer which drug out this case much longer than necessary and much longer than she was originally told. There would be a scheduled court date and Kelsey would not reply to emails or calls from my friend trying to prepare for the pending court date, instead when Kelsey did finally get back to her, she said she didn't have the time to discuss the upcoming court date. It then would be pushed back another month. This happened multiple times. The entire process was painful and exhausting for my friend. When my friend expressed her dissatisfaction and frustration over the lack of communication, professionalism and over all neglect, she was met with nonchalant responses and made to feel like Kelsey didn't care about her, her case or the result of the case. For a law firm to "specialize" in helping women and mothers through divorce, it's just a ploy and they WILL, without a doubt, drain you dry and leave you with nothing. It is extremely unsettling and upsetting to see a newly single mother of 2 little ones be left with nothing and lawyer who vowed to protect her, did just the opposite. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Find a lawyer who is invested in you and not how much money they can take from you.

Kelsey Minor represented me during my very lengthy and complicated divorce. She was very patient and kind. Although financially it was expensive with keeping my bill at a 0 balance, I am glad I did.
