My mother needed help with elder issues like a trust, a will, power of attorney, etc., and we were so lucky to be referred to Kristen. There were many difficult and confusing decisions to make and Kristen was very helpful to explain all the options to us. Her time and experience helped to guide us with great advice. Kristen never makes you feel rushed and she was always willing to take more time to make sure that everyone understood the issues correctly. There were several times when we even gave an answer to Kristen on some issue, and she took the extra time to call and make sure that we had considered all aspects of the question. I think that another attorney might not have made that extra effort. If your parents need help with elder and estate advice, then Kristen Gross and her team is the one to call. I know that my mother is very grateful to have Kristen’s advice and guidance. She is also just a really nice person to work with, which made this process so much easier!
