My ex-wife and I hired Laura Eisenberg after our divorce was final for arbitration of the property that was not included in the divorce. Ms Eisenberg exploited the situations for over 2 years, the total costs ended up being $400,000. She was very disrespectful and abusive. It was absolutely terrible process, she couldn't make a decision and when she did it was biased and didn't make sense. She never disclosed her close of relationship she had with my ex-wife attorney including the employment of his son. Bitterly disapointed in the unfair and deceitful manner I was subjected to by Ms Eisenberg

Hyper-expensive "legal" process when you are at your lowest point; poor or no return of phone calls in a timely fashion; and over $55,000 fees to her and $95,000 to co-counsel! Caveat emptor!

There are enough one star reviews listed here that we all can’t be wrong. No return calls. Crazy made up billable hours. How any judge or FOC professional could ever rely on this group to be a GAL or parenting coordinator is absurd. The last thing they are concerned with are your children. It’s all about the billable hours. Months of no return phone calls and they don’t return phone calls to other attorneys either. Save yourself the headaches and stress and also a lot of money. Go elsewhere. Reply NO - it is not fabricated but replying that way to cover up how you treat you clients is rich isn't it? We certainly were clients. If you spent more times replying to clients than to bad reviews perhaps the multiple bad reviews wouldn't have occurred.

I'm very happy to work with the attorneys and staff of Eisenberg & Spilman. They bring tremendous experience, diligence and professionalism to their work. I can count on them to take very good care of mutual clients and friends.

I have worked with Laura on several complicated and highly contentious cases. She (and her staff) are very professional and a pleasure to work with. She has been able to resolve very complicated issues with creativity and finesse and tries hard to make the case a win/win instead of a lose/lose. I highly recommend her as a mediator. She is very skilled, knowledgeable and fair.

The lawyers and the support staff at Eisenberg & Spilman are highly skilled, very caring, and highly competent. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for experts in family law!

Very disappointed. Amy Spilman was ambitious during our initial retainer meeting and that immediately stopped the minute she had to actually do her job. If you want excuses for her slow response when urgency is needed, total lack of attention, an attorney who is intimidated by opposing council, excuses such as “I forgot” or “we have been so busy we are behind” then Amy Spilman is the right attorney for you! Additionally, she will be happy to soak you for every penny along the way. Charging you for items that you’ve done all the work for! Don’t waste your time or your money. Trust us, you’ll be highly disappointed.

It’s bad when you hear her takin to another Attroney saying, “Hey we’ll stay here all day and get paid for it.” Lol She gets paid by the hour and will juice every dollar out of you. She even charged me more of her time then I actually used. The fact that she’s an Attroney, good luck getting your money back proving that she’s wrong. IF you go threw her have your own log and have her sign off on the time with her so she doesn’t F you over. I noticed one of her reviews work in the office. DONT TRUST HER !!!!

If anyone needs a divorce attorney I highly recommend Laura Eisenberg and her team. They fight and do not ever give up! I’m so thankful for all their help.
