In the beginning of my case they were great! Contacted me, now, I call all the time, no response, no one returns my calls, no status report, I have no idea what is going on with my case. I would not recommend this office. I probably gave them a good review in the beginning but the follow-up is the worst! I was expecting above and beyond superior service and was totally let down.

In the beginning it was great service. But towards the end of my case when I was told an attorney would call me back, no one called. When I went into the office to discuss the final steps as my case was closing I was told "why are you worried about it" and my questions were no answered. Then it was stated you still have two months left dont worry about it. I received a letter two weeks later telling me I never sent in my taxes. They received them two months prior. In addition, a separate letter stating was sent stating I needed to complete the second part of my debtor course. Which was done and filed eight months prior. When I called to tell them those items were completed they argued with me saying no they were not. When I called back the next day to confirm an email address to send my taxes too, I asked about the debtors course document I was then told you do not need to send that I see it was done in August. Then I received a 2018 tax document for interest paid on my home in May. When I called the office to ask why it took so long to get it I was told they never received it. I stated a couple times but it came from your office. I was put on hold for several minutes and when the paralegal got back in the phone I was told we received it at the end of April. It is now the end of May so it took a month to mail it. After I hung up the phone I flipped the document over to see it was stamped received by their office on January 31st. So it took them four months to send me a document I needed to get my taxes done and was lied too about when they received it. Between not receiving returning calls, being lied too, misplacing documents for my case and being told by two separate attorneys "not to worry about it" use your best judgment. As now it will cost me additional money to have my taxes redone and I know they will not reimburse me for this expense that they caused.

Simple and cheap. Even tho your not with just 1️ person through your process, everyone knows what they are doing and very nice.

Very helpful in providing all the necessary information to help my case. Courteous knowledgeable people made me feel secure in my transition through this strenuous process.
