My Wife and i experienced some shabby service from the Frego team @ 23843 Joy Rd in Dearborn Heights, MI. Knowing our situation, they did very little to explain what to expect while filing bankruptcy. So because their follow up wasn't done properly with phone calls etc. her case was dismissed. Even after she reported to them about her present financial condition, she wasn't given the right information to do anything about it to get things corrected. Now costly errors on the part of Frego has them with their hand out for more money, instead of reviewing for accuracy to correct errors. That being said, Frego had been given ALL of our factual information, yet they still misrepresented it against us. Poor service Frego and associates, you must be willing to do better when someone is in a crisis and are looking to you for help.

Making the decision to file bankruptcy is not an easy one and for individuals who are unfamiliar with the process, it can seem a bit scary. Frego and Associates made the process so easy to understand and eased the concerns I had. The ladies in the office are phenomenal! Everyone in the office is super pleasant and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond for me and worked with me on the payments. I couldn’t have chosen a better firm and trust me I went to several! I highly recommend Frego and Associates.... all you have to do is call to get on with your life!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me get my life back!
