Our visit was to get a free consultation conveniently located on Joy Road & Telegraph. The place was filled with nice employees. Every employee we encountered appeared knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained the procedure & answered all of our questions. They acknowledged the feelings of their clients & showed empathy. We noticed various certificates & photos of the Attorneys posted on the walls along with several Thank You cards from some past satisfied clients. First impressions mean a lot. They score very high in my opinion for the reasons I've noted.
