I contacted Mr. Kelly Lambert III in May 2020. My case was, to date, one of the most strange he (and the judge) had ever seen. I had 2 children with my fiance since seperated from my husband. My husband (knowing they were not his) wanted custody of 1. Kelly fought long and hard utilizing the Revocation of Paternity Act to establish the correct father and nullify any chance that my spiteful husband would gain 50/50 custody. Because custody tied into my divorce he even went above and beyond and drafted my divorce too. This was not a part of our original financial agreement, but Kelly stayed on until the job was done. Today January 28th, 2021 I am completely divorced with full legal and physical custody of both my children thanks to him and his infinite legal knowledge. I would recommend Kelly Lambert III, and his very helpful assistant Taylor to anyone facing custody, divorce, or license revocation issues! There are many things that stood out to me with my experience working with Mr. Lambert. First and foremost - his professionalism. It was my first time in a situation that required a lawyer. I called a lot of different offices in the Kent County area and was very discouraged with how my conversations went. Then I got a hold of Mr. Lambert. He was a very calming presence during a time that was very stressful for me. He was optimistic and also realistic; he presented the facts after hearing about my case and was confident that he could help me. Even after the first conversation with him I felt 100 times better about the predicament I was in. He was very pleasant to work with. His assistants were all great and friendly. He told me what he needed from me and when he needed it by. He listened to what I had to say, took it seriously, and continued to reassure me. Listening to him speak on my behalf not only helped me with my case, but also helped me get past the internal struggle of being in the situation I was in.
