Received nothing I asked for out of my custody case. Still dealing with the unfair decisions made between lawyers and a judge. I was never listened to.

First and foremost I would like to say that Kelly G Lambert 111 is the best defense attorney in Michigan hands down!!!!!!!!!!! I've had Kelly as my attorney and my family attorney for over 12 years and I've used him for 4 different cases and all I can say is dismissal dismissal dismissal and dismissal!!!!!!!! And not to mention I've given him 29 clients and he has won every single case!!!!!!!!!!!!! And alot of the cases were very serious cases which people were looking at alot of jail time and prison time but he came out undefeated and I will continue to keep him as my attorney and my family attorney!!!!! Over the years we have become very close I can always count on him for anything!!!!!!!!! Kelly G Lambert III and his assistant, Michelle, are an excellent team! Kelly was able to review the charges and information of my case and deftly focus on the issues that matter while bypassing 'fluff' with no bearing on the outcome. He's not someone whom you should be commiserating with about your fears. Get a therapist - it's cheaper! Allow Kelly to effectively use the time you've paid him for. Kelly is a man of few words but works quietly behind the scenes. Based on the results Kelly Lambert produced in my case, those few words were strategically spoken. I was facing at least 5 years of imprisonment and fines (based on the inflated collection of charges brought against me). As a result of the skilled negotiations by Attorney Lambert, a plea bargain for 180 days 'house arrest' and probation were ultimately agreed to. A note of personal opinion: I noted the 4.2-star rating doesn't tell the whole story. Virtually EVERY rating of Kelly Lambert III is a 5-STAR RATING, with the exception of several dissatisfied 1-stars. Clients aren't wishy-washy about Kelly, they clearly have the highest respect for his performance, as do I.

My son go into some trouble and did not tell us untill it was more serious than it should have been. Kelly took care of everything and made it possible to not have this effect his record and make it even harder for him as he gets older. He was swift in fixing this and was very reasonable in the cost to resolving this. Will definitely recommend him to others and use in the future if needed.
