I found out about Kelly G Lambert III through my Mother. I hired Kelly as my Attorney in February of 2016. My ex is the BIGGEST CONTROL FREAK to walk the Earth. Kelly and his Secretary Michele have STOOD BY ME THROUGH THICK AND THIN! They are the best there is in the Legal world. They work diligently for my case , and I am sure they have wanted to throw the towel in many times because of my ex. Kelly has reassured me EVERY TIME NOT TO WORRY! It is his job to worry. Not once has he let me down regarding my case with my Daughter. I trust my Daughter's Future with him. They have put THEIR BLOOD , AND SWEAT INTO MY CASE. In 2010 thur 2011 i had him fight for me and my kids against my ex who left us with nothing and would not give me a divorce. Would recommend him to all who ask. He worked with me on payment and gave me a good price

I hired Kelly Lambert to help me get my estranged ex to sign over parental rights so that my husband can adopt my daughter. I paid over $2,000 upfront and Kelly said that he would take care of everything. He filed a petition and that was about it. Then I didn't hear anything from him or his office for a long time. I started calling his office to try and find out what was going on and the lady there was rude and basically says she'll take a message and then you never hear back from anyone. The whole process took so long (over a year) because they dragged their feet. I started doing my own research and making phone calls and then learned that I had to call and get forms filled out and apply for a new birth certificate which is part of what Kelly was paid to do. I basically paid them to do nothing which led me to do most of the work myself. This wasn't just hard on me but this was also hard for my little girl at the time as well because she was also waiting for this to be over so that she could have closure. If I wouldn't have followed up on my own case and tied up all of the loose ends that he left, I would STILL be sitting here waiting for nothing. I still can't believe how much I paid for this poor and neglectful service. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time or money on Kelly and his completely incompetent staff.

I hired attorney, Kelly Lambert, to represent me in my visitation/custody case in family court. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service that him and his firm provided. The communication was very poor and I feel strongly that my case was grossly neglected. For instance, I specifically asked his staff if there was anything else I needed to do as far information or even making the trip from Georgia to Michigan to be present for my initial court hearing, they told me everything was good and I was all set. They did also state that they would relay my message regarding this matter to be certain that there was nothing else needed from me and that did not happen. I expected at the very least to be advised whether or not it was in my best interest to be physically present for court, with enough time to allow for travel arrangements. Instead, my concerns were never addressed and I was told by one of the staff members, the morning of court, that "it would've been best" for me to be present. The purpose of hiring an attorney is to receive legal counsel, and what I got was certainly not that. Instead, Mr. Lambert seemingly just went through the motions with very little care for the outcome of my case as the new order for visitation was in no way better than the original. If you are looking to hire a passionate attorney with at least an ounce of fight in him, look elsewhere.

Our teenage son was seriously injured in a car accident while fleeing from the police in the fall of 2016 (thank God, nobody else was seriously injured) Upon his release from the rehab facility, he was arrested and charged with a 2nd degree fleeing and eluding, a 10 year max. prison sentence. Kelly was able to get the charges dropped to a 3rd degree fleeing and eluding, a 5 year max. Our son was facing one of the toughest judges in the Grand Rapids court system, so needless to say we were very nervous about the outcome of his sentence. I must admit, Kelly was not the greatest communicator during this entire process; HOWEVER we are now convinced that he worked his "magic" behind the scenes without us even knowing. Our son's final sentence.......10 months jail time, with NO probation!! We were ecstatic with the outcome of his sentence and would recommend Kelly Lambert to anybody that is in need of a great lawyer! Well done Kelly!

I will like to use this platform to express my gratitude to the Law firm of Kelly G Lambert. I am a man who has not really had the best of experience with lawyers so for those who take the time to read this please understand I do not write recommendations very easily. I am a divorced father of four, who unfortunately needed someone to tell my story.To be honest I believed that very few lawyers tell their clients stories from the clients perspective. To have a lawyer fight for you is to give voice to your pain. I have been very fortunate to have this law firm represent me and if the way they handle my case is any indication of who they are as a firm and individuals I can confidently assure who ever is considering your services that he/she is in very excellent hands. Very very passionate and brilliant lawyers.

Lol. They only let you write a review if u give a positive one. That alone should say enough.But I'll continue, this attorney like most is all about the money. He literally said my case was winable then later changed his mind saying it was a run of the mill. He knew the whole time that he couldn't do anything for me, but acted like he could just to get more money... #lawyers work for the system not you

I have nothing but positive things to say about how my situation was handled. They made sure I was aware of all my rights related to my issue, walked me through every step of getting started, and made the process as stress-free as I could have imagined. I would recommend anyone who has a legal issue to contact them and see if their services would be right for them. I was treated with the utmost professionalism.

When it was time to interview attorneys for divorce I was not really sure what I was looking for until I met Kelly Lambert. I talked to many attorneys but what Kelly and his team had was compassion and understanding that this was my life. Any attorney can file a motion but the Lambert team gave more than that. One of the first thing Kelly said to me was “we will discuss everything together” and “you will receives a copy of everything “and he held true to that. Kelly and his team always took time for me, always answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was a bother and always seemed to understand the emotional roller coaster of divorce. The entire team was always supportive, explained everything. I knew I was good hands and they had my best interest in hand. This service is beyond horrible the staff is very rude (Michelle driesenga) instead of answer for a question you get a bucket full of attitude. Mr. Lambert does not return phone calls nor does he file motions when you pay him to, I paid $60 for a motion to be taken care of for friend of the court and it was never filed when I called Lambert's office they said I paid $20. I'm also leaving for the military I'm going to basic training so I called to ask an honest question of how child support works. The secretary's response was " OK sir people leave for the military EVERYDAY and STILL pay child support so you're not exempt" with a ton of attitude. I was not asking to be treated "special" I was wondering how it works. I cannot afford backed child support. She does not relay messages to him. When I asked how many hours I have left with him the conversation went like this this. "Could you tell me how much time I have left with Kelly?" Her: "idk how much time" "Could you please look it up and let me know or call me back with an answer?" Her: " no." " seriously? Why can't you?" Her: " it's in your file and it's time consuming and I'm not going to do it." "Wow." That is the service you pay $2100 for I messed up and paid upfront. And got very little. It's disgusting they take your money and run act like YOURE the problem.. save your money people
