I’ve been working with Tim for 2 years, and my employer constantly would state they aren’t paying and they owe me nothing. Although I still think I had a good case and I could have gotten more I finally settled. The judges valued my case at $140,000 and you know what Tim got me? Exactly $140,000! Tim is a very good lawyer and he’s spot on with his cases, although it’s less then what I anticipated for, it’s still better than nothing.

Tim Burns law firm, did an amazing job. Tim and his staff were fantastic even though they handle a lot of cases they’ve made me feel like mine was important. All my questions were answered. The ladies and his office staff were polite and very attentive. Burns law firm could be trusted to fight for you when everything seems to be against you.

Multiple unreturned messages and missed appointments. This appears to be a poorly ran office with processes that do not support prospective clients of office and legal staff cannot practice basic customer service. More attentive and respectful service can be found elsewhere.

Tim, Warren and staff at Burns Law were awesome, I was injured at work and needed surgery. I had other issues with the injury that were not found out until after I returned to work and had a very hard time doing the work I did prior to my injury. I received a workers comp settlement and was approved for SSDI! I would highly recommend Burns Law!!
