Attorney Matthew Bedikian is one of the greatest!!! He was there when no one else was. I had two cases with him and he ALWAYS got me what I deserved and needed. He is patient, wise, kind, understanding, PROFESSIONAL, a great listener and overall he gets the job done! He has a plan and he executes the solutions swiftly and right on time. He’s also a friend. I’m so elated that I found him through my search when no one was willing to take my case. Also his staff is amazing and friendly! Michigan advocacy is the BEST hands down. Wish I had an extra set of hands because I would give 4 thumbs up! Thanks for being there, thanks for being a strong bold attorney! I had a medical bill that went past due from a hospital back in 2015. I had moved out of my house shortly after going past due and missed all the notices of collection as they were going to my old address. When I finally recieved word that I was past due it was when they were trying to serve me with papers. I immediately contacted the firm to begin making lump sum payments to be done with it. When I first called they REFUSED to give me a total balance, but I made a $200 payment anyway and agreed to call back next week, same time to make another payment of the same amount. The following week, I called but there was no answer, left a message and never recieved a call back. Tried again the following week but to no avail. This went on for A COUPLE WEEKS. I stopped hearing from them all together after 1 payment, may have been 2 but it's been 5 YEARS now so it's hard to remember. 5 years later they filed to garnish my ENTIRE MICHIGAN TAX RETURN in the middle of this pandemic while I'm not getting full hours from my work place as it is. As I understand I'm not the only person to have these issues with this place, they have or had a class action lawsuit against them. I would have been happy to resolve this and i TRIED to do just that. At this point, nothing would make me happier than to hear of this place going under and all of them to lose their jobs. Thanks Liekin Ingber & Winters, you couldn't even do the bare minimum, YOUR JOB. learn how to answer a phone or at least return a call, you bunch of useless suits.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Mathew Bedikian. He was very professional and made the whole situation a breeze. He always communicated and helped me understand what my next step was. He took care of everything! I am so happy to have went through him and I know if I have any issues in the future that I will definitely be contacting him again!

I was hit by a teenager who ran a red light at high speed, causing serious injuries to me and totaled damage to my vehicle. I couldn’t work for some time due to these injuries and my insurance company was taking there time assisting me with medical bills, and workers comp. I called Michigan Advicacy and spoke with attorney Matthew Bedikian, who agreed to help me.... Mr.Bedikian had some some challenges dealing with the insurance company, however he was very professional and attentive to my needs, health and best interest.... he got my workers comp for me, got the insurance company to pay for my medical bills And physical therapy to help me get back to walking. I would highly recommend Matthew Bedikian to and for anyone who needs assistance in this area of expertise..... There are a lot of lawyers that only care about the money, Matthew cares about you. A bunch of sharks. They bought my unpaid medical bill from McLaren hospital from 2015. And are niw garnishing my wages for $3200 when my medical bill was only 2100. I filed a motion against this debt, and they dismissed my case without even having my court date appearance. My court date was scheduled for September 9, and on September 1 they threw my case out, Without telling me. Not to mention I had insurance at the time, but I never got the chance to plead my case. I am absolutely disgusted with these people. Don’t give them an ounce of your time, energy, or money. I am a single mother of two who will now have no money for Christmas presents because of them.

First information received is a notification of garnishment of taxes, they took our Michigan tax return, and now getting notification they are garnishing us for more than last year with no record of the money they already took. Cannot get ahold of a live person no the phone, no return messages, no indication of what service this is actually for or when, just that it's for a third party ER contract company. No notice of or way provided to confirm and pay the debt.
