This firm has no compassion for anyone. Most are rude and not willing to discuss options at all even if you are on hard times. I was making payments directly to thier client as discussed but then i was garnished due to them tellung the judge i wasnt and then failing to check with thier client to vetify. Put me un a real bind had to borrow money to keep afloat. Still paying it back to my mom

They never answer their phone!! Trying to get the amount I owe to see if I could pay it off. Why bug me about wanting the debt I owe if you don't ever answer the phone to take payments
