My husband had gotten a settlement for his debt, was advised they would send a letter w/in 2-3 days and then he has 21 days to pay it. This was last Monday 12/09. We have not recd a letter though mail takes 3 business days. I have been calling back to back like I'm trying to win tickets on the radio since yesterday 12/16 and no one is answering their phones. I even called directly at 8 a.m when they opened, 1 p.m when they returned from lunch so someone should be settled in and ready to take calls. I work for a collection agency, and this is the worst. If we were doing this, we would be fired from our contract because we are not attempting to actually collect the debt owed. If someone is calling to pay a large sum of money right now, someone should be available to process these payments. Especially with a low rated company like this where I'm sure they "sent something" - 21 days passes w/out mail - and next thing ya know we're garnished. I will be instead calling the original creditor and let them know that who they have collecting their accounts, is not concerned about them getting their money.
Update: Very weird that after calling close to 50 times the past 2 days, after I leave this review, I was able to get through. The woman on the phone was polite, a little rushed, but she did disclose to me the amount of the settlement which is in violation of the FDCPA. Ultimately I am just happy to be done with this company. But as an FYI to them incase they do read their reviews - you are not to disclose the amount due to anyone except the liable party, power of attorney, or parent if a minor. :-)

Rude and most unprofessional people ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am taking them court for overpayment.. be wary and keep good records. They will keep taking money and never provide documentation. If you google the company they had several suits against them.

Imagine our disappointment when our family member was originally denied Soc Sec disability. We were stunned and terrified as there are no rule books on what to do next. Enter Mark Aiello. He calmed us down, educated us, laid out a plan of action and we moved forward with him . Thru out the appeal process he and his staff were professionals, always courteous and welcoming to their office. Mark won our appeal for us. Words cannot express our gratitude. Had a hospital bill from Henry Ford for hospital bill of $4000 for heart surgery. Bill was sent to this company. I could not understand why my bill was not going down even though I was sending in payments. I found out that Henry Ford was applying payments to other bills. I contacted them and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She would not let me speak and kept interrupting me when I could get a word in. I was finally able to make a payment arrangement but am going to contact attorney general because they refused to send me statements showing the balances nor would they send me any receipts or any pre addressed envelopes to send payment to.
