They don't even deserve one star! Impossible to get ahold of anyone to make a payment and don't even bother to leave a voicemail! They won't call back and then YOU will be penalized for not paying. Horrible!

Turned off my auto billing twice so they could re-serve me and charge me for that. Have now been trying to call and pay off my balance for weeks. I leave a voicemail, no one calls me back, voicemail, no call back, it’s a painful cycle. I was very sick and had no health insurance, this law firm made sure to continue to punish me for that.

Great place to work with. They were able to stop us from being served. I forgot the lady's name, and I don't think she was Caucasian, but she was on point, helpful, and very kind to my wife. I get it, these people have a job to do. Nobody wants to pay up, but hey it is what it is.
