I went to court with these people for a medical bill, I have been making my court ordered payments yet they keep trying to garnish my bank account and my state tax return! Even though a judge said I could make oayments, apparently they are above the courts! I have to take them back to court to get a receipt and no one ever answers the phone and when you do speak to someone they are ghetto and rude!! This place is a scam!

Multiple calls to this place and no call back. Then finally after repeated attempts over 3 months to make contact I get a phone call while I'm at the doctor office and unable to answer. So I call back and still the same, have not heard from them since.

Kim Yemen, is who I spoke to. She was very apologetic about her error (they ended up charging me more than initially said). At first it was the tone in which bill collectors speak but I purposefully was very kind to her and enthusiastic about getting this over with. And then she started to sound like a real person, one you could really talk to. I did call at one point several times and wondered if only one person worked there LOL but she did return my call and I sincerely appreciated her helping me.
