With my doctor on vacation the physician's assistant doesn't listen, doesn't care about what I was telling her so much do that the moment she walked out of the exam room my wife said : "I don't like her, she didn't hear a word you said!"

I have been making payments for over 6 years, on time and updated my info when changed.. no problems until my place of employment receives a garnishment letter. I understand I owe money.. so I called and spoke with Karen to arrange a new payment plan, and Karen told me I had to pay the amount in full and hung up on me. Not to mention every other time I have tried to call their office the phone is apparently not working. I mention this to front reception and she says "oh.. that happens sometimes." its been two days now and still cant get through!! PROFESSIONALISM AT ITS BEST!

A bunch of crooks. I sent a check in for all most the full amount owed with a note asking for a remainder if there was one I revived my envelope back EMPTY...saying they never received it and to submit the Same payment promptly to avoid further collection. I have NO problem paying down medical bills but they aren't priority and I have never dealt with someone so rude. When I set up payments they tried telling me In 6 months at 25 dollars payments every two weeks they would review it....LIKE get out of here...,they are RUDE and you can add CROOKS to the list. Now I have to pay money to stop payment on a check and play their Phone games.

Unprofessional. I've asked for receipts for my payments many times and have never received one. I've asked for statements, never received one. I have auto pay set up through my bank to send my monthly payment to them but I have no clue how much I still owe because no one will answer the phone or do their damn job!

Never seen such rude and unprofessional place. Make sure to make your payments on time just for them to come out of your bank two weeks later. Plus made a payment and instead of calling To inform me, I get a letter in the mail saying my over the phone payment didn’t go through and I have 7 days to make the payment again. When you call they are absolutely rude and are not willing to help you out in any way possible.

Cliff is a credit to his profession. From day one I could tell that he really cared. He always returned phone calls and answered your questions. They violated the FDCPA 3 times in one phone call. I have reported them to the federal trade commision, the Michigan attorney general and the CPA. Everyone here that makes complaints please do the same on the mi.gov website Also everyone go to the app store and and download ACR call recorder.

Cliff Weisburg, and his team, have been such a blessing to my family, and I. His team represented both my son, and I with our SSD claim in court, and he won both of our cases.
