If I could give a lower rating, I would. Worst experience ever. Unbelievable. I hope she and most of her staff die in a fire. Looking forward to my settlement from the class action lawsuit.

I originally was referred to Matthew Bedikian by my chiropractor, Dr. Peter Anderson in Ferndale, Michigan. He was always willing to speak with me over the phone if I had questions and concerns about my case or communicate by email. I appreciate his patience with me when there were times that I felt anxious and worried about the outcome of my case. He was very supportive and always on time for appointments from beginning to end. I truly appreciate his help in obtaining a fair resolution to my case.

Great customer service skills...

These people are crooks and scammers to the point they are scary. They drained my bank account after setting a pay plan of 50 a week two days after making payment the wiped out my account to 0. I can't eat, I can't get gas, I have Crohn's disease which is why I have a hospital bill to begin with and stress triggers the distress these people have inflicted on me has my crohns flaring up causing me extreme pain and sickness. These crooks won't return calls or send paper work. If you are contacted by them give them 0 information! The took everything I have nothing I'm depressed broke and hungry when just a week ago I was thriving

This office terrorized me during the worst financial hardship I have experienced. They are rude, heartless, and unprofessional and even went as far as to raise their voice, speak over me, and belittle me. I received paperwork stating my account was closed and satisfied and six months later they call me saying that there's still a balance and paperwork cannot be sent, I just "have to pay it", no explanation. The office of Susan Winters needs to be investigated for violating the FDCPA.

The rudest, most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with! All of this headache over $50! A hold on my accounts and very unhelpful!
