Very rude people, never want to listen to you and are always just very blah about everything. They told me one thing then turned around and did something else dispite the conversation with their representative I had. TThis is one of the worst law firms I have ever come into contact with. Was so happy to be done having any dealings with them

Mr Matthew Bendikan was my attorney I was in a car accident i was very pleased with him I like the way he communicate with me about my case he was very helpful in making me understand what was going on,i felt blind and couldn’t see my way but Mr Matthew Bendikian help me to see my way he took time out to call me when he had any questions, he made sure that I understood everything. Cliff and his staff are VERY knowledgeable about social societys disability. Even though Cliff is in another state he makes sure that EVERYTHING is taken care of for me. He and his staff set my mind at ease to not worry about things. Highly recommend Cliff!!

Very pleased with the outcome

Mathew Bendikan was my attorney and I must say that I am very pleased with his professionalism, communication, and helping me step by step. My first time ever in a car accident or suing someone. Other then the business determination on keep all clientele satisfied Mathew Bendikan kept taps on me and my case which was closed less then 2 years with him on the case. He kept my best interest at heart and now I’m 20 years old operating my own business. 😉 I’ve been recommending MAC to any one who needs a lawyer & Mathew Bendikan to take your case. I love Ns. Tried to pay off my debt, but I wanted written confirmation from Susan L. Winters (Bar no. P41153), that her firm would no longer initiate legal proceedings against me(per the legal disclaimer on the their website). I left a voicemail on Susan's phone and never received anything back. The next thing I receive is a default judgment for the amount of my debt plus attorney fees and other costs. Which I was never made aware of the court date to begin with. I'm not sure how this place is still in business, since they have already been sued once. It's only a matter of time before they are finally shut down. The lawyers at this place must be very proud, to have made it all the way through law school, just to become a collections lawyer.

If you have to deal with these people, go to court and fill out a petition for payments. They have to accept it, and yes like others have said, they are extremely rude. Hope they get cornholed in that settlement.

I cannot say enough good things about Matt!!! I will start with his availability to take my calls. He is always there when you need him. I was confused about a few things along the way and he took the time, even though he already explained it, to speak with me about it again just for my clarification. He's patient, thorough, and organized so that you feel as though you are a priority and not just another case. Matt looks out for you and makes sure you're taken care of on all levels. If you need a good attorney that encompasses all these qualities.....you're at the right place.

Your horrible people and should be ashamed of the way you treat people, Susan I hope there is a time you don't have the money necessary to pay your bills and are treated as poorly as you treat the unfortunate people that deal with you. Merry Christmas!
