I was frustrated with my vehicle I purchased, I didn't have it a year yet. Truck started over heating twice and a host of other issues started to happen. I contacted Adam and he took it from there. I am absolutely satisfied with his work and I would recommend him in a heart beat. My experience was great.

Don't waste your time elsewhere, call Adam. He personally handled my case and did not have it delegated to some foreigner who didn't know what they were doing. I will call him again if I am ever (hopefully not!) in need. He is responsive, available, and much quicker than other local LL attorneys.

Adam, did a great job with achieving a financial
settlement for us against Chrysler on our 2021 Jeep that is a lemon!
Their faulty eight speed transmission design that has inherent shifting problems. To quote a local dealers service manager
“ yours isn’t that bad, i’ve seen worse”.
I would highly recommend
Adams services to anyone that faces this kind of defective automobile.

The perfect person for the lemon law car buy back situation. The reviews are accurate, Adam has excellent communications and his understanding of the law and the process is very valuable. He was able to execute my porsche Panamera buy back after I had a chronic problem with the hybrid battery.

Utilized Adam’s services in a dispute with Jeep and couldn’t be happier! Adam was able to get me the resolution I wanted after failing to get any meaningful response from Jeep corporate to fix multiple repeated issues with a new Jeep. It took a few months because Jeep is slow but Adam kept me in the loop throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends or family. Hopefully I won’t need to use him again in the future, but if I ever have issues in the future, he’ll be my first call.

I highly recommend Mr. Alexander if you need assistance with a legal issue such as a "Lemon Law" complaint. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. When I contacted his office he responded quickly and thoroughly discussed my case so I understood what my options were and the pros and cons of those options. He promptly responded to my questions throughout the process and managed the negotiations for me until my case was resolved to my satisfaction. The engine froze on our vehicle due to a manufacturer defect. The dealership did not want to replace the engine or repurchase the car. We were about to be stuck with a really expensive paper weight. Fantastic attorney! I leased an Explorer through Ford and had nothing but issues.
