I was unable to get GM to resolve the issue with my 2021 Chevy Silverado. Within days of contacting Adam, GM finally tried to fix the vehicle by installing a completely new motor. After another repair weeks later Adam continued to advocate on my behalf and was able to finally get the manufacturer to offer compensation for the months I went without my vehicle and the continued issue. I would have never gotten the truck repaired without Adam's excellent work!
