Rabih was great in assisting in my theft claim. He explained the process, kept me informed of all that took place. He was available on some weekends to answer my questions and concerns. He successfully settled my claim and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

After several attorneys refused to take my case, I found attorney Rabih Hamawi, and glad I did. I had a difficult case against an insurance company that had denied my claim for a fire at my vacant duplex in Detroit. He took a lot of time even before taking the case to study the case and to make sure he can help. Once he agreed to take the case on, he worked even harder. He knew details of our case that we didn’t even know as if he had been with us for years. He had studied our 6-inch file filled with more than 1300 pages of documents and 100s of receipts. In the end, his preparedness, and familiarity with our case, and in-depth knowledge of insurance law is the reason we won. He simply out performed and out-worked the insurance company’s attorney. In 2018, a car crashed into my fish market causing extensive damage to the building and business personal property. I tried to file a claim with the no-fault insurance company of the owner of the car, but never received a response from anyone. I then got in touch with Mr. Hamawi, who impressed me with his knowledge of the law and the litigation process. Mr. Hamawi filed a lawsuit on my business’s behalf, and fully recovered all damages to my business. Mr. Hamawi took the time to fully explain the process, including what to expect during the lawsuit. He was patient, professional, and detailed. He answered my questions, and promptly returned my phone calls and answered my emails. He fought for me and won my case. I will never hesitate to recommend him to any business suffering fire, property damage, or any other property damage.

He is always prepared at every meeting by his preparation, review of the factual situations, and recommendations as to future courses of action. He is personable and very easy to communicate with in person and is always available by phone and e-mail for a review of actions and events to date and in keeping his clients informed of all issues.

My husband and I had an insurance claim against our homeowner’s policy due to a broken pipe in our basement. There was extensive damage in our basement due to the flow of water from the broken pipe and our lack of knowledge that the situation was occurring. Our insurance company denied the claim, without much of an investigation on their part. At that point, we thought we would have to incur the entire costs to remediate and restore our basement. A few months later I was introduced to Rabih Hamawi, attorney at law, at a networking event. Rabih explained to me that he specialized in law to protect homeowners from denial of claims from their insurance company. My husband and I then met with Rabih to see if we had a case against our insurance company. After thorough review of all of the facts, Rabih told us the insurance company had overlooked some specific riders on our policy and we did have a case against the company. Rabih spent time with us going over the details of our policy and prepared us for the depositions that occurred. They are not up front about costs.

Not a champion for fathers in divorce. They are more interested in making money off fathers with extensive trials and dragging on cases. I had stated facts and fact based evidence which would help me easily win my potential case and get full child custody, but I will quote a senior attorney at ADAM as saying my strong case "was not good business" Probably too good of a "friendship club" between judges, referees, and lawyers to imply collusion between all and compromise the ethics, integrity, and honesty of several prominent people & prove them guilty of said collusion, tampering with evidence, falsifying transcripts/testimony, libel, slander, disparage while innocent fathers being victimized with bullying, threatening, and intimidation for reporting these facts on said people.

Dear Mr. Hamawi I would like to start this off by just saying thank you and your team for work hard on my fire insurance case. Your law firm was great to deal with, you always got back to me even when you were on vacation. You were very knowledgeable in my case and gave great advise. Along with being polite and very understanding during a very frustrating time dealing with the fire that destroyed my home. I would highly recommend you to anybody that has any struggle with any insurance company. The fees that were charged was very reasonable and much less what any other attorney would have charged. Well my divorce wasn't like any other divorce, and when I needed someone to turn to Adam form men was there for me. If you want attorneys to go to bat for you each and everyday than Adam is for you. Women's lawyer's are used to walking all over men and getting what they want, but with Adam that will never be the case nor the outcome. My divorce was messy and my ex never listened to orders, needless to say Adams Attorney Frank Briguglio was there for me every step of the way. The main thing I wanted accomplished was getting my children at least 50% of the time which never happens for men, and guess what he delivered!!! If you want a firm that will be with you every step of the way choose Adam!!! Good luck men!

I would highly recommend the Law firm of The American Divorce Association for Men (ADAM) in Southfield, Michigan. They worked with me from the time of my ex-wife filling for divorce, through divorce and post-divorce related custody and parenting time issues. This firm was on my side the entire process. When you sign up with (ADAM) you sign up with a team of professional and highly knowledgeable attorneys. If for some reason your assigned attorney is unavailable other team members are there to step in. I started out with an attorney Lori K. Smith who was with me through the divorce steps and judgment of divorce. She is no longer with this firm, but was a very good attorney. After she left the firm I was assigned Steven D. Reinheimer. He picked up right away and did an amazing job handing post-divorce custody issues. I would use (ADAM) and Steven D. Reinheimer again if I need divorce/custody issues.
