I hired OSBIG for a Chapter 13 after my divorce through the advice of an attorney, which I later found out was a matter of a kick back and not a reflection of ethics. I was finishing paying my 13 in 2018, when I contacted Osipov about my Mother dying and me being late on a payment. He then petitioned the court for another 4k from me, thinking I would be too depressed to challenge it- HE WAS WRONG! When I asked him for a receipt he said I hurt his feelings and withdrew as my attorney, the trustee looked at the case and found 2k of FAKE FEES that he could not account for. I found another 2k more but when I went to court last week they told me, because I did not have an attorney file for me, I didn't file the paperwork correctly- so they denied my motion for more fake fee recovery. However, Judge Tucker of the USA Federal Bankruptcy court- refused all of Osipov's requests- which were to: make me shut up and not post this, to strike the record that says Yuliy Osipov is UNETHICAL, CRUEL, and NEGLIGENT, and to sanction me for more money! The judge was clear to Osbig, and I have the paperwork in my hand to prove- that he will KEEP IT ON THE RECORD- who they really are and what they have done!!! This was a WIN! I honored my dead Mother- by standing up in court against these creeps- they definitely were not expecting- a female, showing up in Federal court -by herself- to tell her story of abuse by this firm! The fact the Judge sided with me and made it public knowledge- what OSBIG did- SPEAKS VOLUMES! If you still chose to hire OSBIG- keep every receipt and check every charge- I found fake email charges, fake phone charges and fake consultation charges- on top of what the Trustee found for me!!! Don't let this misogynist treat you the way he treated me- he did this all immediately after my Mother died- he saw dollar signs in my pain and grief- probably the most disgusting human being I've ever met in my entire life.

During the financial downturn I incurred a mound of debt. Yuliy and his team settled all of my accounts for penny’s on the dollar. Very professional and he does what he says. Thank you

Yuliy and his team did an amazing job on my VERY complicated and extensive case that ran over the maximum standard time by more than a year. Before seeking his help, had I consulted with many attorneys. The two most qualified I spoke to in the selection process ethically bowed out because they knew that they would be over their heads wouldn't be able to serve my needs or case properly and referred me to Yuliy's firm. I can still recall sitting in Court on the first day for 5 1/2 hours watching the judge throw out more than a dozen cases because the lawyers had no idea what they were doing, not ours!! As it turned out, I ended up working closely with this law firm for almost 7 years from beginning to end. During that time we had more anomalies and complications occur than anyone could have EVER imagined. As problem after problem, issue after issue (not of OUR making) arose, Yuliy and his team persisted and finally successively completed, getting me an EXCELLENT final valuable product. It is my ABSOLUTE firm belief that there is no other individuals or organization on this planet the could have even completed, little own gotten me such stellar results!!!
