I have been opposing counsel against Osipov & Bigelman on a number of cases. Yuliy, Jeff, and Anthony have been outstanding advocates for their clients positions. I have referred potential bankruptcy/workout clients to Yuliy and will continue to do so in the future.

Osipov Bigelman P.C. saved our lives. Our accountant recommended Yuliy and his team to me. Replied to my email in minutes. Had a very informative first meeting to find out all they needed to take on our case. It wasn’t easy. Yuliy and his team were always very up front with us, explained all of the possibilities of the different outcomes so we never had any surprises. They are not your low cost firm. Thank god. In our meeting of creditors we heard MULTIPLE lawyers meeting their clients for the first time. I think thats what you get when you call a lawyer off a billboard. We had met with Yuliy many times long before the meeting of the creditors and had all of our ducks in a row before we went in. Its a scary process. We felt very comfortable having Yuliy by our side. Now back to how they saved our lives. Stress can ruin you. Financial stress leads to unbearable situations. Yuliy helped us out of a huge mess and we feel like we have our lives back. We will forever be thankful!!

Both Mr. Bigelman and Mr. Osipov have always exceeded all of my expectations. We have depended on them for over 7 years. They truly came thru in every instance, always did what they said they were going to do and most importantly, they were able to successfully negotiate an incredible settlement on our behalf. I have been working with Jeff Bigelman for at least 8 years. The quality of his work has been exceptional and he has been very responsive to my requests for information. I highly recommend Jeff for anyone seeking legal counsel.

Was referred to Osipov by BK court to assist me in a legal case I am involved in. Called twice, has yet to respond to either voice mail, despite being notified by BK court that I was referred to him. Was told by my BK attorney that he is the one to set up a meeting with Osipov, not me. No response either way.

Scam! Worst lawyer you can find around. Better represent yourself than use this db rude lawyer. Stay away.
