We kept getting different attorney to talk to & they never had answers. Worst part there was a charge no 1 knew what/where it came from. B4 we signed we were told by Mr. Applebaum himself payment will be cut in half or he'll pay half. When it was time to pay they had no idea what we were talking about and mr. Applebaum was always busy. Then we found out someone made fake company & billed us & this company paid them without questions & deducted $ from us.I mean it was obvious When the insurance payed for all medical bills but that one. Took too long to pay

Rude, he has no bed side manor. We paid a small down payment (which we decided to take a loss on). I do understand he wanted his money as it is his job but I have never been talked down to so much in my entire life. He seemed very nice early on ... then I asked one question about how much a family conference would cost and he said he was offended. When I tried to apologize he said the damage was done. He was rude to all of us involved as if we were children he was scolding. GO TO HIM IF YOU LIKE TO BE VERBALLY ABUSED

The staff are all incredibly professional, helpful and responsive! I'd highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs help against the insurance companies.

The staff worked as a tight net team to help me understand everything I needed to know. Lauren answered my calls. Ron answered all my question and concerns. The crew worked awesome together took time to make sure everytwas done in order

My case was so straightforward and they didn't recover anything near what was truthfully owed on my medical and worse on the wage loss. Things are going to collections after settlement. My credit rating is ruined. Employers hold this against me. My wage loss was nearly disregarded only one year and at minimum wage rate not my real pay rate 4 times less than I earned before. They blamed me for case delay. Covid was big hinderance but also they were telling the judge I was uncooperative. For years I demanded their office send me the total owed. I found out this total was not even calculated before or after settlement. The day I was to sign my outstanding bills and expenses were still not known. So they negotiated this case without even knowing the total amount of everything outstanding. They gave me false figures but only at the last minute and while threatening me with arbitration and trial while intimidating me with more costs and fees to be added into my case. I don’t recommend this firm. They did not fight for me, or advocated for my well-being. I felt like they were working against my welfare. I wish I could impart my experience with this to everyone in an auto case. I don’t know how to get a gig like that going so. I will say this: There are better legal teams please interview more than 5 before you sign papers. Read everything if you can’t, then bring someone who can help make a decision. Think and wait a day or so before you sign. Your suit will need filing at 12months. I don’t recommend my insurance company either, cheapest is not always best. Keep track of everything and you can refuse anything at any time, you can use your own doctors and case managers. If your gut tells you somethings not right your guts always right!
