Not enough communication I don't understand what they are doing with my case I ask for documents and things in writing, then get avoided. Many frustrations with my case. Being in the dark does not help them win anything with me. I wish I could say things got better. NO information given when requested. He went to more than 5 facilitation told me I did not need to appear and it was via video for the last several since covid March 2020. Its a year later. They are blaming me for not making any negotiation, how can I do that with zero information to start with. Warning you now don't do it. leave!
