I had 2 cases with this firm and was very disappointed with the communication of everyone. No one ever returns phone calls. I should not have to call serval times a day and be on hold listening to that annoying song for 20-30 minutes and still not get my questions answered. Also throughout the process I have had 8 different people work on my cases. And after signing a settlement agreement in October 2018 things still have not been paid. That is completely unacceptable.

I had to keep calling to see the status of my claim.I was left in the loop at the end with no info about my claim until I called and was told that the claim was closed.

My experience was horrible. My attorney missed a court date so the judge threw the case out and I was told would not reopen it. Then I was told that I would need to contact an appeal attorney if I wanted to appeal the decision but of course the appeal attorney fee was $3000 that I couldn’t afford so therefore I got screwed in the end.
