Hi, I hired the firm for an EB2, NIW to file i140, with the fast processing option that they offer (no recommendation letters at all), and I got approved without any RFEs. Background: PhD in vascular biology, 60 citations at time of application. it took almost 5 weeks since I started contacting them about the petition till the filing.
