The Ellis Porter (EP) PLC assigned Michael Linn to deal my case I-140. He is very responsive. I would say the way he prepared my case was very excellent. The evidence that he provided to justify my case is very relevant. In addition, the EP has different payment installment option which make easier for me to pay the fee as a student. I signed the contract with Michael Linn on 8/11/2023 and he is able to send my NIW petition package on 9/8/2023 and got approval on 9/14/2023 without any RFE (with pp)! Michael always respond my message in two hours and prepare my case carefully. He is able to prepare the package and collect all the exhibit in around a week once he has gathered all information form you! I initially think I was a "weak case" given that I only have 19 citations in 6 journals, but Michael is able to prepare my case even without recommendation of letter and get approved !
