Not that I am proud of it, but In my lifetime I have had to pay everything from $1500/hr federal appellate attorneys handling complex litigation on appeal to criminal defense attorneys bailing me out of my college-era antics. I can tell you one thing: this firm, esp Brian Garmo (who is my main contact here), is next level in terms of their efficiency, fairness, empathy, and proficiency in legal technicalities. If they don’t know the best approach to your issue, they’ll find it. They don’t tell you what you want to hear. They don’t just bill you to bill you. This is simply one of the best firms to work with and if you’re reading this—and considering retaining them—I can’t recommend them enough. Best lawyers I have ever dealt with.

I come from a family of very accomplished attorneys. My family referred me to an attorney who then referred me to Mr. Garmo. The referring attorney stated to me that my case was one that is very time consuming and difficult particularly in the notoriously frustrating Oakland County MI Judicial System but if I wanted to pursue it Brian Garmo was his highest recommendation. * I chose to use a secondary google account to remain somewhat anonymous as I am a business professional not wanting to broadcast a very traumatic experience but I am a 37 year old male* Case(s) Synopsis: I came to Mr. Garmo heartbroken and manipulated. My girlfriend of 3 years verbally assaulted me for about 2 years whittling away my self worth and confidence while demanding (and my embarrassingly obliging) money to temporarily alleviate her assault on me. I still pray and worry for her as I loved her. Watching someone you love attempt suicide and end up in mental institutions is devastating to bear. My ex-gf choose to end our relationship by moving out one snowy morning while I took my son to school which is usually about a 2 hour round trip but was roughly 3.5 hrs that day. She broke many things, stole the items she wanted, put framed pictures of her up, stole my and my sons personal information from my filing cabinet, and in her distain for Christianity put devil masks and other weird trinkets in my Christmas storage tote. The only thing I could not handle was she stole the 2 Mini Golden Doodles I bought my 9 year old son for Christmas the month before. She blocked and ignored me and I went to her work to retrieve my puppies who were locked in her car during an 8 hour shift at a nursing home during the winter. I was told to leave because unbeknownst to me she had stolen the registration and registered them in her name as well as filed a PPO that was some how granted Ex Parte with pictures from injuries she claimed came from me. I am a kind gentle person and have never lifted a hand in violence against a female in my life but she weaved a good tale and the judge fed into at the time. I knew the only way to get my puppies back and also clear my name was formally through the court system. Case Verdict(s): 1.PPO: Mr. Garmo achieved a dismissal of the PPO and to boot we now have a mutual no contact so if she tries to come after me again I can have a restraining order or PPO requested on her. *Please be aware that he accomplished this verdict in a court being presided over by a 20 year veteran of The Court of Appeals who was filing in for our originally assigned judge. She was also a female judge and a very no nonsense kind of personality. 2. Puppies Claim and Delivery: Puppies were returned to my son and I. They are loved and cherished everyday. I am going outside after this to continue working on their outdoor play area. Brian Garmo is fair, honest, caring, candid (when you need it), and most importantly one of the very best damn attorneys I’ve had the pleasure meeting. Thank you truly Brian & Elyse. I am very new to having debt and this one was a weird case it was from 17 years ago didn't realize I had owed a certain amount of money was very confused and Matt right away helped us through it all took care of all of our fears got it down to less than a quarter of what we owed and made it to where it didn't feel like it was going to destroy our lives if you need help at all this is the company to go to
