I received a traffic ticket/ violation due to an accident on February 6.2023. Attorney Brain Garmo did an excellent job representing me, I didn’t have to appear in court his law firm handle everything. I was looking at getting 2-3 points on my chauffeur license, The law firm made sure that I didn’t receive any points, I was soooo excited that it all worked out for me . In August 2022, I contacted Attny. Brian Garmo to take my son's case for driving without his license physically on his person, forgetting to turn his lights on and having a broken BB gun in his car while it was being driven. I had never spoken to an attorney nor had my son been in any trouble until now. Brian has been a God send. He explained everything that would happen and spent a great deal of time explaining the legal aspect of what was happening as well as several possible outcomes. We waited from August until early December 2022 before my son appeared in court. My son and I were both scared that he would end up having to go to jail. The charges were dismissed.
