Advice excellent! Service Excellent! Brad who is "The Man" is awesome at communicating your legal options and leaves no room for misunderstanding. Most importantly, he is direct and above board; and, that is how I always like doing things. No hidden fees and open to discuss all your fee options. I had a previous ticket that I thought I would be able to explain the judge why I did what I did. I thought any reasonable person would be sympathetic and understanding knowing why. That did not happen, I was hit with the full force of my ticket and swore I would never step in a court without an attorney present. The next time I was pulled over the officer saw my previous ticket and tacked on everything he could think of. Maybe they are good when you hire them, but their, "free consultation," is worse than no consultation. I called because I was in a wreck where I was ticketed for, 'Disregard a Stop sign.' I told the gentleman that I asserted my 5th amendment privilege to the officer because because I wasn't sure what had occurred (which makes sense later on). The consultant told me that, "that is going to make the officer think you had been drinking." I told him that this occurred on my way back from a cider mill at 10:30am on a Saturday. He said, "that doesn't matter." No attorney worth a fraction of their weight in salt would tell you it is a good idea to talk to police. Ever. Even if your innocent. The officer's job is to build their case against you. That was the first red flag. I asked if I should fight the case help prevent a lawsuit against me later on. He said, "no. Call and try to make a deal with the prosecutor's office." I then informed him that I was glad that I didn't speak to the cop and self incriminate because my dash cam showed that the Stop sign was severely obstructed by foliage in a 55mph zone. This is why I didn't see it until it was too late. Without bothering to ask to see the footage, he said, "that doesn't matter because they are going to give you a ticket regardless, and you should just call the prosecutor's office and try to make a deal." Once I heard that even with video evidence, "you will be given a ticket regardless," I kindly wrapped up the conversation and thanked him for his time. I did my homework, found seven different regulations that indicated the Stop sign was out of code of the MMUTCD, fought the case independently, presented my dashcam footage to the court, and had my case dismissed. Maybe if you hire them, they will give good advice, but any attorney that implies asserting your 5th amendment privilege when the police are investigating you is not a good idea, and tells you to try to strike a deal, admitting your guilt when you have evidence supporting your claim, is to be avoided at all costs.

After speaking with several attorneys regarding my custody situation, I knew after only a few minutes Brian was the right person for me. He always kept the best interest of my child top of mind and did not let me go into an emotional spiral when negotiations became frustrating. With everything said and done, thanks to Brian, my ex and I agreed on terms and I was able to obtain everything that was most important to me. It truly is what is best for my son.
