Don Rosenberg Testimonial I had 2 Special Needs Trust that were audited by the SSA. The initial audit came back asking for back SSI to the tune of slightly less than $10,000. I contacted Don Rosenberg, who set up the trusts, and asked if he would represent us if it was to go to conference and he said he would. He assisted me via texts and phone calls until the situation was resolved. The trusts were only a problem because they didn't scan in the documentation I supplied them with in early April. I requested the documents back in late May and they were returned opened. I called the man that did the audit and asked him to return my call but never did. I finally went into the SSA office and asked what the problem was and they said they didn't have any of the data I originally gave them. Upon returning the same day with the data I had the woman at the desk scan it into the system. Too make a long story short basically this solved the problem and the 2 Special Needs Trusts (Obra and Third Party Trusts) were fine.
