The staff at BRMM was excellent! Don Rosenberg helped me with acquiring conservatorship and guardianship of my elderly mother. Helped with all the confusing legal paperwork, confusing to me, but not to his firm!! Streamlined the whole process. I highly recommend BRMM!

My mother passed away and the family was very fragmented. Although my mother had appointed me as executor of her will, my sibling was very uncooperative. Legal assistant Angela Hampton was very responsive in processing all legal instruments to execute my mother's wishes and and met all of my concerns in extremely timely manner. Being from out of state and dealing with immediate elderly care issues during the height of a pandemic was surely not easy. But the attorneys at BRMM exceeded all our needs and expectations during this trying time. Their commitment was second to none and in understanding my needs as my parents executor during a time of my mother’s failing health. My parents selected this firm. Unfortunately, one of their former lawyers did not place property in the trust as she was asked to do. This resulted in expenses and delays in closing the estate. Ms. Searle (legal assistant to Kimberly Crank Browning) was very helpful in getting the work that needed to be done accomplished (5 stars for her). However, this entire situation was unnecessary and irritating.
