Several years ago my wife's parents were both in long-term care facilities. When it became apparent that her mother would have to go on Medicaid, Mr. Rosenberg helped us reallocate my wife's parents' assets so that there would be sufficient funds available for her father to remain in his assisted living facility while her mother's nursing home expenses were paid by Medicaid. Everyone with whom we dealt at Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras was caring, kind, and exceedingly knowledgeable, in particular Mr. Rosenberg. As a result of his guidance both parents were able to live out their remaining days in their respective facilities receiving the appropriate level of care. Fast forward several years to the present, when I am assisting a good friend who was "disappeared" by, and whose life savings were depleted by, a predator guardian (who has since been relieved of his duties by Michigan's Attorney General) and is in danger of losing his home. Once again, Mr. Rosenberg came to the rescue, providing assistance in some issues and direction to resources in others. And once again, everyone at Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras was everything one might hope for. During the intervening years I have referred - and continue to refer - friends and family members to Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras for anything related to estate planning or elder care. In short, Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras - and Mr. Rosenberg in particular - are on my exceedingly short list of first-class providers of services. Finally, I should mention that I have no relationship with anyone at Barron, Rosenberg, Mayoras & Mayoras other than that of a very satisfied and very grateful client.

I cannot say enough good things about Don Rosenberg and his associates at B,R,M&M! First, when dealing with a long ordeal with my late Mother, involving several years in a nursing home and complicated financial circumstances... Don handled everything with ease and professionalism. Even when we went before the judge to fight the State over matters concerning her estate and having a disabled child... Don was so very well prepared, that the judge wound up chastising the states representative for holding up proceedings with baseless rhetoric. UPDATE #1: Fast forward to the time when I wanted to prepare my own trust... No guessing who I chose for that service, Don Rosenberg! UPDATE #2: Having problems with run-around from Medicare.
