Have been waiting 3 years to settle my case finally settled and now it’s been 3 months and no word on when I will receive my portion of payment. Keep calling and all I get is Breanna’s voice mail. She did pick up once within the 3 months and said she will check on it and it shouldn’t take this long to get my payout. But here we are 3 months in and no response!!!! Not sure how long it will take for a check to be signed. Starting to wonder if this company is legit.

I made my decision right a way without a second thought. Serena Seashore was my attorney and Martha Pulocinski was my paralegal . Serena and Martha went above and beyond in handling my Long Term Disability . They were in touch continuously and were engaged with me, they received all my MRI, reports, and evaluations from my all doctors directly. I did not have any pressure at all. Finally I got a letter from my attorney in a favorable decision. Lincoln Financial overturned the prior decision and close my case !!! I want to give thanks to Serena and Martha for all your hard work in compiling all my health data in order to bring my case to a win win situation ! I have had to do all the legwork of my disability appeal since original submission in December. Crickets from my legal aide. Talked to her once and she had no idea what was going on. When my great rep, Danielle, left I was also left out. A shame too. I had high hopes :-(
