He gave me a very detailed account of how the process works, kept me up to date and gave excellent advice to get to a settlement. If needed, I would surely use their services again.

I was disappointed in the entire process. I was assigned to 3 different attorney's. Each time a little information and understanding of my case was lost. I feel my settlement amount suffered due to this issue. After 2 years, I received a final settlement offer. I was advised if I didn't accept it and was awarded benefits through the court process, the insurance company can stop paying benefits at any time or possibly not be awarded any benefits. Then the process of proving disability begins all over again... the thought of that vicious circle just wasn't worth it. The entire staff is really nicr, professional & qualified. I'm not sure if they have a large turnover issue resulting in my unfortunate situation. It would have been great if someone keep me in the loop. I kept calling & sending messages without replies. I finally I went through the main number and was told my attorney was no longer working there. I received a call after my case was reassigned to new attorney. He was well versed in my case and very positive. Then towards the end of the process, I received a call from the final attorney to tell me he was now handling my case. He was totally uninformed of the details of my case.
