I was impressed with Catherine’s availability She was accessible and if not available she returned my calls in a timely fashion. Took care of everything and only called/emailed to review updated and get my opinion. They were able to get my claim negotiated and paid out. Worth the fees and their cut just to finally get the money I was owed.
